ZERO stars weren’t an option! This store needs to be shutdown, manager replaced and corporate NEEDS to clean house and retrain the employees!!! This was the worst experience in a fast food restaurant EVER! The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Took her 20mns just to issue a refund and NEVER addressed us about our concerns. Food was cold, service was horrible and one of the guys threw some butter at my daughter, that is unacceptable! Someone please fix these issues!!!!! STARTING WITH MANAGMENT

Started out mediocre, and has only gone downhill. It's one of the only drive thrus near my work. It's at night and a bad part of town, but still. I put up with the extreme wait times. But the young black woman working the window is a piece of work. Short, rude, one word answers. Thought the drive thru speaker was malfunctioning at first from how little she said when "taking my order." Hard to order food that way. Very bizarre. Maybe she's used to people "wildin' out" but that's no excuse to act like you're on the street corner in the hood, instead of working in customer service. And then of course they gave me the wrong order, and told me to pull forward, and then I had to wait forever behind some thug who refused to pull forward to wait for his order so they could give me my correct order sooner, since they probably got his order wrong too. Doesn't really make sense, but here's the bottom line: 0 stars.

This Wendy's has to be over thirty years old, it just went through a refresh and it is absolutely beautiful. They left the 1990's behind.
Even though it was a dinosaur, they have always had hot, fresh product and interesting workers. The folks care about their job and I am glad to see that it has not changed
Food hot, drinks cold, fries are yummy. Consistent - that's how I would describe this place. I'm addicted to the Frost-icinos... Oh my!
I'm getting used to their breakfast. The drive thru guy for breakfast is pleasant.

Typical Drive thru service with loud employees yelling "WHAT!" in the microphone at you. It made me and my husband want to get out of the drive thru line and find somewhere to eat with pleasant service. Then we had to pull over into a parking spot and wait for our food. The strawberry shake was great but our burgers were thrown together with mucho condiments.

Took at least 12 drive thru orders before not serving us. Invested 20 solid mins of waiting. You're doing it wrong but honestly...look what parta town I'm in. Surprise! Peace!

I stopped by around 10am for breakfast before having to be at work. I ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwhich meal with an orange juice. After paying, the cashier asked me to pull up ahead. During this time, customers behind me were being served and leaving and after 15 minutes of just sitting there, I left because I had to get to work. I could not get in touch with the cashier because of the line and decided I would stop by at lunch to try and get a refund. At about 2:15pm i stopped by and spoke with Ms. King. She was very sweet and professional, explaining to me that unfortunately after a certain time, they can't go back to edit orders or refund them. Now I had already ordered a lunch meal and paid for it on the app so she offered for me to come back another day and she would compensate me with a meal of equal value for the failed breakfast order. I came back 2 days later and sadly she was not there. I tried explaining to Lisa what had happened and what was agreed upon but she was not having any of it. She gave me attitude putting all the blame on me saying it was my fault for not being able to be patient and wait like everyone else. After a bit of resistance, she finally gave me the meal I asked for. Sad to say this location rates poorly in customer service, but shout out to Ms. King for being the diamond in the rough and being so wonderful.

the drive thru line moved quickly. the order was accurate. drinks are pricey but I'm glad they still have the 4 for 4.
no condiments or napkins were included.
