Ihop

Came here on October 24th for breakfast just after 8am. They were not busy and we were seated right away. The waitress, Makenzy was great. The food, not so good. Most everything was over cooked. Pancakes nearly burnt, scrambled eggs were dry and crumbly, most of the bacon was burnt. I feel like we were given scrapings from the grill, crumbs, leftovers from earlier guests. The food was about room temperature. Coffee was week.

Food was good, however my sister said her pancakes were h cooked. The waitress was nice, the usual I hope. The thing that throws me off is the wait time, we waited 50-60 minutes on the food, and we were surprised when we saw that the people that came in 5-10 minutes after we came in got their food before we did. I had also found w hair inside of my pancake. Food 6/10. Waiting 1/10.

I’ll be nice enough to give it a 2 star since the waitress would check up on us and gave us a notice that it’ll take awhile for the food since they’re short staff, which is understandable. But the reason for my low rate is because we been waiting for our food for quite awhile until we noticed that they Served a family first who came in after us and then another table. How is it that they got their food already when we their first before them. And then we ask the waitress and she just said “The food will be there shortly”. Pretty rude to serve other people’s food first after we were the ones who were there way before…
