Mcdonald's

What nice service, it's been ages since I walked into a McDonald's. The counter lady was patient as I was totally lost in the menu combinations. My meal came quick and hot. The place was clean, beverage area was completely stocked. Great visit after all the years, to relive a childhood memory now that I'm 68, no disappointment.

Sitting at the window at McDonald's for like 5 minutes, then I hear this guy just start raging and yelling about how long he's been sitting at the drive thru ready to order. Mind you I'm waiting there for already like 5+ minutes. I decide I'm just gonna pull up and order at the window. I pull up and this dude is just sitting there on his phone. Finally looks at me and asks me what my order was (assuming since there were no orders on his screen since they were ignoring the drive thru) told him i just drove up cause nobody was answering, gave him my order and wait another few minutes which is when I took this picture (long enough for me to sit there and annoyingly loudly sing like 2 songs from my spotify) I've worked in a drive thru. ITS NOT THAT HARD. Get off your phone and do your job your getting paid for. This guy that was screaming in the drive thru shouldn't have had to get to that point but they WERE NOT ANSWERING THE DRIVE THRU. This lady that pulled up after me was getting frustrated too cause she wasn't being answered either. Like I get it. You hate your job. I'm not fond of my job either but you know what....I STILL DO IT. It's not my fault you chose to work at McDonald's. It's late. Your open. Be open.

Very bad service, not just once from the order taker and the cashier, everytime we go they're so rude, short, and in a hurry. I'm tired of people saying it's due to the pandemic. No, it's the workers that don't want to be there. I ordered a specialty coffee, well it came w no sugar! Ugh, then the ice cream machine is always broken and forget calling. They never answer the phone!

Nothing more frustrating than having a craving for food, and than having a bad experience connected to the food you ordered. First my receipt is blown away when they handed me my card. Next, at the window they argue with me on the fact that I ordered 3 Lrg teas, not 2. They are just handing me one drink after another without putting them in a drink holder. At this point, I am very frustrated. They say, have a good day...but when I get home I notice the Happy Meal I bought my grandson is not in any of the bags. I don't have a receipt to go back and prove this and I am throughly upset that I just spent 40 plus dollars for a really unpleasant experience. I will not be going back any time soon....if at all.

So I ordered through DoorDash and I received my food DoorDash was great but the food was horrible everything Was cold my burger had to be just sitting out because the cheese was sooo hard … fries was hard and cold and my nuggets …COLD AND TUFF … so I left a review on DoorDash about mc Donalds and the they emailed me saying they won’t post my review because it’s against guidelines…. When In that review all I said was “ all my food was cold , never ordering from this location again” So y’all wanted me to leave a review and because it’s not a good one y’all don’t want to post it so I came to the location online …. Like I said I’m never ever ever ever ever ordering from this location again if I could give 0 stars I would .
