Mcdonald's

I'm sure the employees were busy but I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for my photo. To too it off, I got home and realized I didn't get the condiments I asked for (no biggie as I have done at home) and my large fries were filled as much as a medium.... I paid for large fries.... My chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich was small and had a consistency as though it needed another couple minutes or two in the fryer. I understand this is fast food and I'm not trying to hold super high standards. But this food is easy to make and put together. One must try to not meet the low bar expected of a place like this isn't very good

Kay took my order tonight and she was AWESOME! She needs to be promoted! She had wonderful customer service and didn’t rush my order! I have been to other McDonald’s in the area and all were rude people working. I actually felt happy to be talking to someone who actually knows how to speak to people in a calm manner! Thank you SO MUCH KAY!!

I’m literally posting this review while I’m in a line at drive thru. This location always has a line like this one and doesn’t make sense the lobby is closed and it’s one order at a time the food is not made to order so why does it take a hour to get through drive thru when the lobby closed? This location is horrible.

Check mobile app , see a 20% off coupon. Head out waste gas to get here. Only cash, fine, then told to wait , don't get asked if mobile app was going to be use as usual here at this location. I make aware I would like to use app, worker states I can not use app, I proceed to order 20 piece spicy nugget to get told that I can not order that at this time. I ask for lady's name immediately a gentleman comes on to tell me she don't feel comfortable telling me her name. Required uniform includes NAME BADGE, where is the uncomfortable with the McDonald's uniform? Ask for gents name, get told I told you, Erin! Alright thank you. Trash again at Night!
