Luby's

This Lubys is different... It's an all you can eat Lubys... except desserts and drinks, (you pay separately for drinks then can get refills). If you love Lubys like I love Lubys.. this is a must visit place. Now you won't get the rib eye and shrimp here but you will get what I call Lubys staples... fish, chicken, and beef.. most of the normal veggies, salad & breads. Friendly folks that never disappoint.

I like the cozy feel of this place, it's a quaint place to be in, don't get me wrong I like all our modern things but you know sometimes the simple things in life seem a whole lot better, to me at least! The buffet has a good selection of foods it was myself and two other friends we all said that our food was warm?? Our waitress wasn't there very often and when we were able to talk to her our food did get to the table and it was hot so points for that? She seem like a very nice young women I would have rather given her more tip? But not as attentive as she could have been, another family went to complain about the situation? We will be back again I believe everyone needs a second chance and to do better each day and be Thankful in it!

The all you can eat deal is the better option when going here. Just be prepared for a long line on certain days. Under staffed and the wait staff/servers need actual customer service training. There seems to be no sense of urgency to clean up dinning area by employees. An FYI make sure to get up and get your own food when your ready for more cause then you'll wait even longer. But atleast the food is good and i have been going here for a few years.
