The House Of Pizza

This place is awesome. Nothing fancy, by any stretch of the imagination, but solid food at a reasonable price. The menu is endless with many choices (Italian, American, Chinese, Mediterranean, etc.) so have an idea what you want before walking in. My wife asked the server for more time 3 times before deciding! The prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt. Everything I've had is pretty tasty, and their beer selection is above average-sorry, no drafts. Go there if people you're with can't make up their minds, they have something for everyone!

Three words: They. Deliver. Burgers. The pizzas are delicious, old-world style, the burgers are very, very good and the chicken tenders are dangerously addictive. (Skip the Chinese menu, it's hit-and-miss.) Not great as a dine-in spot but the perfect alternative to the fast-food cr*p around their neighborhood. Get it to go or delivered to your door, you'll be glad you did.

My wife and I are from northeast PA and wanted some "Mom and Pop" Pizza. I found this place on the internet and decided to take a chance. We were really impressed! The pizza was ready when I got there and was hot and fresh. We really enjoyed it and it is just like back home. It's not the best I've ever had, but it's good.

OMG! I went out to lunch! while I am eating in the resturant, some scary woman emerges. She goes through the restaurant howling about everything she can see. She moves into the kitchen and, in detail, lists every single thing in the kitchen that is wrong. She made me not want to eat in her restaurant ever again! As this beastly woman's rant declined from a boil to a simmer, the young server actually apologized to me for getting verbally abused herself. For a moment I thought I was on an episode of "Kitchen Nightmares." When the cameras and celebrity chef failed to show up it was just sad. Talk about self sabotage. It disappointing I enjoyed this food. I suppose all good things must come to an end.

I absolutely love this place! Their food is soooo delicious! We kept getting fliers on our apartment for this place. Eventually, I had to try it! Their cinnamon balls are sooo good. The Server allowed us to take some home for free to try because we were so amazed at the quality of food, that we had went back 3 days in a row! She was super nice. Prices aren't bad, either. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Super friendly staff!

Ordered at 6:43 still not here 8:45. 43.00 worth of food and all we got was "im so sorry about that" I had not ordered from them in over 4 years because of problems and I thought I would give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN. shame they dont try to keep their customers happy. A simple call and small compensation would suffice. .not asking for free food. Shame :( I spoke to Fawnie and she told me they had problems when lights went out and she would compensate me next time I order. My 4 year old was then too tired to eat. I am also bed ridden for just getting out of the hospital from a serious car accident.

So I ordered 3 large pizzas for delivery a meat lovers, supreme, and a bacon burger, the lady repeats the order back to me. I say ok, she tells me the price and delivery time. The food arrived earlier then the delivery time. I pay give the driver a tip, after he leaves I notice I only have 2 pizzas and a styrofoam container that contains a bacon cheeseburger. I call the restraunt to discuss my concern of the mix, the ditzy girl working the phone says oh well you ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Really? So, I called up to say there was a mix up for no reason? Then she states they don't make a bacon burger pizza. Your menu says different, it has the ingredients beside it on the menu. Oh well it was discontinued, you got what you ordered theres nothing I can do. then hangs up on me! Wow great customer service here. I then drive to the location off tezel and ask to speak to a manager, it's the same girl. I tell her who I am, and tell her look I wanted a bacon burger pizza it's not discontinued, because it's on the menu above you. Well I can't give you a pizza sir. Whoa who said give it to me, I never said I wanted it for free, although I do expect for you take responsibility for your incompetence and reimburse me for the $7.00 cheeseburger you mixed up on the order which I'm bringing back to you. She finally did just that and got my pizza to me another 2 hours after it was initially delivered to my house. To the owner of this establishment, I'm a business owner myself and this type of incompetence and lack of customer service at a managers level shows your either playing favoritism or you yourself lack these skills, either way you are to blame.
