I ordered at 2:07 am got the pizza at 3:40am, Pizza was wrong, and there was a roach hidden underneath the pizza. Don’t order here. Ever. When I called back, the person who answered was very rude and abruptly hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Most likely will have to wait another 2 hours before they get my order right. Why it takes so long, who knows. I doubt they are busy since they have bad customer service and food quality.

ordered pizza and and wings(lemon peppers, bbq and buffalo) the 3 flavors came mixed together not separated and the wings I'm positive someone took a bite of some of them, they were cold and old
The pizza was cold and it had an old chicken taste. on top of that they said cash only i had to talk to the manager or the owner or whoever the delivery driver called to pay half card half cash, we ended up throwing it away, I will file a complaint with the hotel that i stayed with because it's there fault to advertise for a restaurant like this.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I read the reviews first. Took an hour and a half. Ordered online at 12:22am and received it around 1:50am. Estimated time was supposed to be between 12:52 and 1:08am. It's a 7 minute drive from my hotel. I ordered this pizza and 4 bottled waters. The water never came with the order. Was told by the delivery driver that the cooler broke down so no beverages & I could request a refund online. I took the pizza upstairs and was shocked that it was cold, the box looks like the pizza has been sitting in it for a LONG time based on the amount of grease in it and the pizza looks like it was cooked yesterday. Like the pizza you eat for breakfast the next day where the cheese has hardened. It's honestly the most expensive 'frozen' pizza I've order. So I call the store, get a 'manager' named Russell that says what do I want? It must have been a last minute order before they close, it wasn't and he wasn't going to authorize a refund as they don't refund anything that was delivered. I didn't dare ask them to come pick it back up as who knows how long that would take. He said that I could order tomorrow and they could comp it. I'm not a local, just visiting San Antonio for a short time and will not be needing any further pizza delivery. He said sorry, not much he can do. I called the delivery company and they refunded me the water & tried to reason with this Russell 'manager' but was told absolutely not for the pizza. I would RUN from this place. Save your money! Mine went right into the trash bin.

LIARS and THIEVES! Thanksgiving in a motel, we found their flyer in the motel door "We deliver on holidays" GREAT! Driver first went to wrong address 19 blocks away so it took over an hour for 2 stromboli that cost $23 but were scorched on the outside and uncooked on the inside. We complained and after being told they were done as best as they could be the cook said they'd recook and resend them but then after another hour we called back and were told they had no delivery driver, they might never arrive. After another hour we called from different number and asked if they had a delivery driver, "Yes" we were told, so we asked for our replacement order and were told it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes but it never arrived.

Well I ordered the first time June 2nd after having a pamphlet slid under the door at the hotel in staying at. That order was sufficient not the best pizza but my kids liked it. So I placed another order today june 13th 2017 at 618pm. Wait expected of 45 minutes & at 648pm the guy called asking where we were located exactly because he was on military drive looking for quality inn. We're located on 3817 pan am expressway. I'm not from Texas so I can't give this guy directions & not until 806pm did we receive our 2 pizzas & cheese sticks. When the guy called back a 3rd time for directions i called the store back & that was at 738 & told the lady from the 1st to this last time this delivery guy had been driving around supposedly with my food for almost an hour i dont want OLD FOOD thats sat getting soggy from humidity & steam. She told me shed have a fresh order prepared & delivered to us. My oldest daughter answered the door before I could look over the order prior to the delivery guy leaving. I called & informed the store that this was barely Luke warm & ranch was all over the cheese sticks & everything was indeed soggy & pizza appeared as if it had been sitting sideways & or upside down. So when I called at 806pm the man who answered said would you like another one delivered. Umm YES. Perfect. Well 958pm rolls around & I've yet to eat & fed my kids cereal for dinner instead because after 4+ hrs they never got anything delivered that even looked good to eat. I called & the "manager" got on the phone & said what do you want. I said a full refund please & if you wish you can come get the pizza. He said ok I'll refund you cas it's not worth my time to bring you another order. I said sir I was informed you'd bring another 2 hrs ago & I have 3 kids waiting for it. It's not even warm upon delivery & feels like hard rubber. He cut me off & said keep ur comments to yourself there not neccessary & I don't care. I asked how much he'd be refunding & if he needed my card numbers I used to pay with again. He said whatever ur total was is ur refund. Really. I didn't even get to the point that the food was unsafe to eat being that I found a metal sliver coil piece baked IN THE CHEESE. Never would I treat someone so poorly & say their not worth my time to ensure they were highly unsatisfied at decent service & food.
Edit: PLEASE EVERYONE WHO EXPERIENCED THE SAME ISSUES I DID LOOK UP THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR TEXAS & IF YOU ACCIDENTLY SEND A COMPLAIN TO THE WRONG LOCATION SECTION (THERE'S MULTIPLE OFFICES FOR TEXAS BEING SO HUGE OF A STATE) THEY'LL FORWARD YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE CORRECT CORRESPONDANT. MY CLAIM WAS PROCESSED & ACCEPTED. IT'S IN THE AIR AT THE MOMENT WAITING FOR BIG TONYS PIZZARIA TO RESPOND TO THEM BUT I TOLD THEM LOOK UP GOOGLE MAPS FOR THIS LOCATION & I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE STATING THE SAME THINGS. I ALSO CONTACTED THE HOTEL WHERE I STAYED TO LET THEM KNOW SINCE ITS ROOM KEY SECURITY INTO EVERY BUILDING WHICH THE MAN WHO DROOPED THE FLYER DIDN'T HAVE IN HIS POSSESSION.

I wish i would've read the reviews before i ordered. I ordered the 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas at $16.99; "well done, not burned". I also ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi. As i ordered i asked for their delivery time. They said "45 to 75 minutes". It was 12:45am when we ordered, and it arrived at about 2:30am (at least 1 hour and 45 min late). When the delivery man arrived, they forgot the Pepsi. The pizza was not only cold, but burned. The total was $27 including the Pepsi. The driver did offer to go back and bring the Pepsi. But at 2:30am, what's the point? He would've been back after 3am... Since they forgot the Pepsi, I asked "how much without the 2 liter"? He calls their store and asks how much to deduct. They deducted $3. Total now was at $24 including tax. $16.99 plus 8% sales tax is about $19. Tired and sleepy, i just gave them their $24, bcuz i didn't feel like dealing with them anymore. We hardly ate the cold, burned pizza ONLY bcuz we were hungry. DO NOT ORDER FROM Big Tony's unless if you want a piss poor experience.

Horrible under cooked pizza. Rude staff, rude drivers, rude ownership. If you can't cook a simple cheese pizza you need to get out of the business. I'd say it tasted like wet cardboard but that would be an insult to even wet cardboard. When I called to ask if I could have one cooked all the way without cold unmelted cheese on it, the owner came on the phone and threatened me telling me that if I didn't like his pizza that I could come there personally and tell him to his face and he'd drop me and take me out. Wow. All I did was ask nicely what the heck?

Guy on the phone was kool. Delivery guy was kool. Pizza was cold and burnt which for me that's actually ok..But my 9 year old granddaughter doesn't like the burnt taste at all. So, big fail! Next time I'll try House of Pizza or The Slice! Trying to give small business's s shot instead of the chains.
