Called for 35 minutes to place a phone order no answer came in to order. Three women behind the register just standing around as well as a manger in a black Peter piper pizza shirt! We ask if there phones were done and we got a response that they don’t know or care they are about to close at ten! Great customer service as I still continue to call they then answer the phone and just hang up! I don’t get it why treat people like that just because your having a deep conversation with your coworkers

My husband ordered online for carry out, they totally forgot our pizza order 45 minutes later. Spoke to the manager, we got a full refund and had our fresh hot pizza. Pizza was delicious! 100% Other than miscommunication we had great customer service.👍

Love the value of the buffet and the games. This one had a smaller game room than others but my 4 year old was able to find a few games he liked. It was not too busy or too stimulating which was nice.

Love the pizza. Great for small kids. I understand that places are short handed due to COVID and etc. Butvthe manager needs to step up and get his staff to multitask then bc the game area is always out of tickets and the exchange machine is always broken.

Not to many people were there. Its Sunday. We have a good time. The pizza was extremely tasty today. The management and staff did well. They ask how we're doing and picked up our plates. Usually we don't get that type of service. My 4yr also got a free pixie stick. We had access to all the games. This is the best time to go. There is also an ATM just in case you need to make a with draw. The T.V. screens are in the middle of the room in the ceiling. Perfect view for a Spurs game. Beer is available.

Pizza is fresh hot wings and surprisingly good last time I eat hot wings at the military location they were boiled and then seasoned they really sucked and soggy
