A&w Restaurant

Very horrible and unprofessional employees. I stopped by Sunday 4/3 around 7pm because Dairy Queen and everywhere else was packed. I should’ve known not to stop at this location when it’s always empty. I asked for a ice cream cone which is on your drive thru menu and the girl said you guys don’t have any cones. I orders a root beer float. When I got to the window the girl with all her rings on every finger said I asked a stupid question and was acting very weird. It made me feel uncomfortable to the point I don’t want anything from your establishment. I cancelled the order and they charged my card and did not refund me. I’ve called a several times and there is no answer. I would like a refund asap.

I feel bad about this review because the staff was really nice, but this location is subpar, even by fast food standards. First, their ice cream machine is broken - let's be real, this is an American Fast Food cliche at this point but still unacceptable. Next, they didn't defrost any of their chicken so I couldn't get a chicken sandwich, even though it was 5pm. And finally, somehow, the root beer was way too sweet. A&W messing up their own root beer is pretty funny. The hamburger and fries I did get were fine, but just go to the Whataburger down the street because this isn't even as good as a normal A&W.

We got to the store when supposed to open and they weren’t even open yet. The building wasn’t open for some reason. And 10 minutes later I was able to call and they said that the fryers weren’t even turn on till late. And it took us forever to get any service and we did not get food until 20 Minutes after they were supposed open! Just terrible service!
