I pumped 20$ in gas and bought donuts but no gas was pumped into my vehicle I went to another gas station and 11 got me gas and shows nothing wrong with my gas guage just happen less than an hour. Spoke with JAZZ the owner and he refused to refund or even consider it. I don't know what happened but I'm stranded and short an extra 20 what can I do

This is probably the worst 7-11 I have ever been too. There's an older lady there that HATES her job but won't quit. Restrooms are NEVER opened for paying customers. Trash everywhere! Card machines don't work pumps don't work etc etc etc etc etc. I plan on staying away from now on!! STAY AWAY. 😞👎

Store 36622 1702 SW loop 410 San Antonio Store is filthy, associate was working by herself, had no knowledge of the rewards program when gassing. Associate could be a lot friendlier.

This stores and of course others stores would not help me to add funds on my cash app card they are giving me the run around back and ford also family dollar they stop scanning the barcode from the app phone .I hate it.

Maybe y’all should try working there. Then you would change your tune. These people that work here put up with all kinds of bull. Especially with COVID-19 they’ve been here when you need gas & other things. Think about it. If they had to also shut down. Now quit your whining.

The service and everything else here has gone down hill!
The soda. Machine is always down especially the slushies.
Water everywhere homeless everywhere.
Never any tips to fit cups.
Noone ever asked if your a rewards member.
It's like noone cares and it really shows. One guy never wears a mask and is always rude.
The one who wears glasses is always nice and helpful.

Very rude went in today I am a rewards member and for the super bowl they are having a sale for 2 larger pizzas for 7$ I went in to ask and woman was rude and said there not doing it only the 10$ special I even showed the email I had for today's special but she still said no smh well that's false advertisement so I went to the other 7eleven and they had the deal plus they had papers posted about the sale going on for super bowl. There the ones losing out on money I will not go back to that store especially to get attitude.
