Bahama Bucks

Currently sitting in the drive thru. Three cars were ahead of us and after 20 minutes we arrived to order. Because of how long we had been waiting we asked how long it would be before we would gout our snow cones with one car still in front of us. We were told that it would be another 20 minutes! This is absurd!!! 45 minute waits for snow cones??? Management here has some serious work to do and clearly needs to up their staff. It is Sunday at 5pm and they have 2 workers. This is unacceptable and I can't imagine people will continue to come here if wait times are not seriously cut down. I also noticed that I am not even close to the first person to mention this so clearly ownership has chosen to continue to neglect their customers. We will not be back and will be passing on our review with the Leon springs and Fair oaks ranch area. Owners need to do more immediately. If margins are an issue and they need more staff to satisfy the customers, then the owners need to get to work and come cover some shifts. I can't comment on taste because I chose not to order anything after being told it would be 20 more minutes, but wait there's more! The drive through is a single lane so once your in, you are stuck! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. By the way John the manager did a great job handling our feedback although there was nothing he could of said that would of fixed it, this is not his fault, this falls on his bosses and owners. Unacceptable!

This place is a perennial favorite of my kids. The birthday cake is outstanding. Some of the other flavors are little muted but you can always ask them to put a little more flavoring and they will. I especially love that they give you extra notches on your loyalty card depending on the outside temperature. If it's below 40 degrees you get more than if it's below 60 degrees. I think that is a wonderful idea.

Be prepared to wait. I waited 20 mins in line with only 3 cars in front of me. I finally get to where there was 1 car in front of me and I could talk to the employee. I asked hi is there a long wait if I order. He said 10 mins. There was one car in front of me! I've never waited longer. How long does it take to pour syrup in a snow cone. I ended up backing up and not waiting and it is not easy to back up out of there. One other time I went and they didn't have coffee. Why are the waits so long? Friday Aug 11 9pm- replace that staff with people who care more about making your business money than whatever they were actually doing - which was not a good job. They could care less.

The staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to picking a flavor. They will explain how all of the specialty flavors taste with a smile on their face. They have tables inside and outside and everything was super clean. We will definitely be back! This is place is a must have for the hot summer season!

Simply lovely dining experience. The frosted beverages were superb. The ice was craftfully shaven by the most skilled artisans in the land and delectably flavored with the sweetest, most delightful syrups to ever have mingled with my taste buds. I highly recommend the Frostlattés, but to each his own. Have a simply lovely day and remember to love simply and simply love.
