#1. I ordered meal Number 9, got two biscuits with egg and sausage
#2. I noticed the price was $2 more than what I was quoted at the ordering menu.
#3. The server told me it was because I ordered unsweetened tea and had it been sweet tea the price would have stayed as quoted at the menu drive up board.
#4. I had never heard of charging more for unsweetened tea, and I mentioned that I would be driving back around to view the menu board.
#5. When taking photos of menu board, it confirmed that the prices are $2 lower than what they are charging at the register.
#6. False advertising of pricing menu
#7. Making up lies about unsweetened tea is the price discrepancy.
#8. Charged me more for the meal than the board menu and didn't even give me what I ordered.

The Young Lady that takes ur order is so rude. As you put ur order she’s sighing as if ur taking too long or she paying for ur order. Totally rude. I even told her have a good night thinking Mayb that help in case she had a rude customer but nope she just said hmmm.I give u 3 stars ⭐️ Bc the Food was great and the young man at next window was pleasant and nice.

the lack of customer service at this location is the reason for only one star. if you're that miserable working somewhere, then find another job. don't take it out on paying customers. you do realize the people you were just rude to contributed to your paycheck? customer service isn't easy, plenty of experience working fast food, convenience store and grocery store. customers can be rude and demanding. for those that are not and that are respectful return the favor. you denied my request for ketchup, you shoved my order in my face, and couldn't say thank you. I bet you're the first to complain about such treatment.

Customer service at the drive thru was HORRIBLE. The young lady, “S” taking the order mumbled everything, which made it very difficult to understand her. Upon arrival to the window, I asked if she could repeat the order back to make sure we had everything, she mouthed, “oh my God,” and then wiped her nose with the sleeve of her shirt…unsanitary.
Spoke with a manager at the next window, who wasn’t the most pleasant. She apologized for the previous employee’s behavior, but stated, “I guess everyone is in their feelings today.” Which to me, wasn’t the appropriate response to say. That indicated there had been complaints prior to mine. If so, then that behavior definitely should have been corrected immediately, so that every customer don’t have to continue to endure this nasty attitude from the employee. That young lady definitely should not be working at the drive thru and dealing with customers.
There was another young lady with a very bubbly spirit that handed me my order and was a delight to interact with. Kudos to her!!

Wonderful breakfast biscuits! I love going here because no one realizes they sell breakfast, so there is hardly ever a line in the morning! Way better biscuits than the competition next door!

Man this girl was so fun and upbeat. It was like she was excited about us headed to ZDT's. Food was fresh and hit the spot. We definitely will go back to that location bcus of her and her crew.
