Burger King

Wow, I have been to some bad BK houses but this probably ranked worst one in my life. Service was terrible, the employees had so much attitude and my friend and I had not spoken one word to them yet. They didn't have any napkins , salt , pepper , utensils , straws/ lids , or anything in the lobby except tables and a half working drink machine. The odor in this place was enough to upset my stomach. I did not finish my double Whopper , fries , and chicken fingers. This place needs a total revamp , overhaul the building and employees.

Well to begin with they were really annoying customers and (I know this isn't Burger King's fault and I'm not deducting points for it) but this girl brought in her four children and proceeded to just have them run around the entire restaurant and be annoying that was my first thing Second thing is that I had ordered a double stack bacon burger (not sure if that's the correct name) and most of the burger was cold now thing is and (this may have been my fault) but I didn't want to bother the Burger King employees cuz they were already dealing with a lot of people and I didn't want to bug them with a cold Burger. Another thing is that my order took very very long and I'm pretty sure it was because the employees in the back were having normal conversations and also people in the driving line we're also taking forever to get their food. Like I literally saw the same car sit there for like 30 minutes and still not have their food. I also waited the same amount of time to get my food. Overall Burger King It won't always have a great experience and this restaurant definitely emphasizes on that. But if it's the only food place that is open / near you then it's a good option. Another thing is (and I forgot to add this) but my brother who is eating with me ended up finding a small hair inside of his food. Now obviously since Burger King was being overran with people at the time we didn't want to complain about the hair so we just pulled it out and cut that piece of the burger out.

They are very unproductive, including management. Single baldheaded white guy with glasses messed up my order twice and no one cared to acknowledge. Lady manager with tattoos and dirty blonde hair then exasperatedly expressed her scorn of inside order, like it was my fault. I understand current situation with fast food restaurants but this particular location did not look understaffed.

Well I'm not going to complain about the employees there because it shows they work as a team. There service is great! My complaint is to the DM that for several months ago I complained about how they have there outside drive thru menu with certain prices yet the inside one has higher prices. So it's a problem because I'm going to pay what I read at the drive thru. I believe that the DM should have had that changed and corrected along time ago. I hope this matter gets taken care of soon. These prices are not the ones Burger Kings goes by but the customer is suppose to settle for that? I don't think so! Food good n hot. My rating is towards the DM.
