Taco Bell

If I could provide a negative review, I would. My daughter went through the drive through this morning around 10am. The manager answer the speaker and refused service because she didn't respond to being asked how her day was. She was refused service. When she went inside the manager berated and verbally abused her claiming she could do what she wanted because it's "her store". When my daughters boyfriend went in to request the number for corporate, they were talking trash about my daughter and then refused the number to corporate saying they could find it themselves. If corporate could reach out to me that would be great so I can provide you with the videos

This is the second time in two weeks that I have gone to this Taco Bell and I’ve had the same problem both times - the food is served COLD. Last time it literally felt like it was straight out the freezer. Have you ever heated up frozen food in the microwave, took a bite, and got that stiff, cold, put it back in the microwave asap kinda bite? The kind that makes you second guess if you even still want to eat it. Well that’s how this Taco Bell serves their food. I really hoped the last time was a fluke but tonight I had the same issue. It wasn’t as frozen as the last time but it was cold to the touch - and I don’t mean not hot/room temperate feel, I mean actually refrigerator cold. I should not have to heat up every meal I get. It’s entirely unacceptable. I have no idea what they are doing or why they consistently serve cold food but I officially will not return to this location. I hope y’all clean up your act!

Jessica G deserves a raise! She was an absolute gem this morning. She informed us that she was the only worker and politely asked us to pull back around in a few minutes. She stuffed our burritos good and gave us a free dessert. Thank you for being kind even when you faced a stressful time with being the only worker. A+++

I can't say if the Mexican Pizza has changed much from its prior version (been too long since I had one), but I enjoyed it. It's different enough from the usual Taco Bell fare (which all starts to taste the same after a while) that it offers a nice change of pace from time to time. Now bring back the Spicy Tostada, Naked Chicken Chalupa, and Nacho Fries!

Used to go here, went in with my parents and brother. I got my food, and then 4 people that ordered after all of us got there food, my brother got his food and my parents were wondering what happened to there order so he goes to find out, they said he had a large order so they were putting 5 others before them. They ordered a total of 5 food items… so then he sits back down and they call out a different persons order who gets 2 bags FULL of food. He goes up and just requests his money back and 2 of the employees sitting while having a lunch break go to the corner of the restaurant (it’s a small building) and start bad mouthing my dad for being impatient right next to where us three were sitting. Very poor customer service. He’s a very patient guy if they told him hey sorry we are waiting on “this” food item and it’ll be ready he would’ve understood. I worked a Taco Bell years ago and I never treated my costumers like this

Went here with my wife and 2 sons, they each ordered separately. One son ordered first and he got his food right away. My wife and I waited and they gave orders to 4 other people that ordered after my second son. I went up to complain and they said my order was big so they did smaller orders first. Then they did my second son's order, so 5 orders were done before mine. So I went back to my seat and they made an order for a 6th person without giving me my order (which was 2 combo meals). I went up and demanded my money back.
