Mcdonald's

This is just not a happy bunch of folks. No matter how chipper you are how friendly you are these people are miserable. And on my last visit they gave me a large cup of ice water instead of Sprite. I didn't even bother to go back as I was having a good day and I did not want to do with the energy at this establishment. And for some reason whenever you order a large fry it is always half of the fry container.

This location is so slow for it to not have a drive thru and the manager (short hispanic lady) needs to get some training in proper customer service. I politely asked her for extra sauce for my 10 piece nuggets and she rudely said NO, you already got two, that's all you get and walked off. She could have easily just said sorry, but extra sauces costs __¢ each, how many would you like. Won't be getting my money anymore!

Went to grab lunch ordered 2 meals & 4 piece nuggets. Didn’t get my fries! only got 3 nuggets! asked for buffalo sauce & got no sauce but a handful of ketchup! Get it together! I love as so looking forward to enjoy my sandwich with fries.... meal was ruined. 😒😢 3stars is the lady who takes the drive thru orders she rocks & is SUPER AWESOME!

With covid, its time to step up your game. It seems this walmart McDonald's is like any other McDonald's. Long wait time and they mess up your orders. What was the point of dropping hashbrowns when you made me wait and then gave me a luke warm one. Then you didn't add the other one. Ordered two big breakfast. Only 1 utensil, I guess I'm suppose to share. Kfc is already banned for poor service, this McDonald's just might make the list also. You want my money at least get the orders right. Its not like you were busy.

Workers are super rude, and don't even try to hide it. The cashier walked to the back as i was approaching the counter and acted busy. I called out 3 times,each time louder. There was a cook within 10ft of me and i called out to him "ayy you don't hear me man?" And he just looked at me and went back to cleaning without saying anything. I heard one of them poorly whisper " just go away". And the cashier said it was going to take time to make the meal. But the tone and expression from her seemed like it was going to be a 20+min wait. Even tho i was the only one there when i placed my order. And i asked how long and she said 4mins. Lol and as i sat down waiting for my meal she said the same thing to other people coming in and they all left because they thought it would be a long time but it really wasn't. The workers are just lazy and rude. I even asked other customer's in the Walmart and it seems that's the usual behavior there. They need to replace their staff.

Usually my visit at this location inside Walmart is pleasant; however the manage on duty, Denise, was not pleasant, she was rude, and was absolutely unreasonable. I purchased a cup of coffee @ 8:00 am, sat in the restaurant for an hour, and on my way out I asked for a large cup of ice. I was prepared to pay maybe $.25 but she wanted to charge me $1.08. I said that I'd just put ice in my coffee cup. She told me that if I did that I will be stealing ICE. I laughed and then debated with her about it. I then asked for the number to the corporate office..... While doing so, another customer voiced his negative experiences with this same manager....... Why is she allowed to provide such negative experiences and negative customer service????.......... Perhaps no one informs corporate of their experiences so they have no knowledge of it........... I hope that is the case

Slow Service. Extremely filthy. Encountered a contamination bag over the ketchup during my last visit. Why not just clean it. I only ordered a soda and threw it away when I walked out because I'd they cant clean the ketchup dispenser, then I'm sure noone is cleaning the soda fountain nozzles. I have never seen a dining room in such a state. And, I never know a McDonald's to be in such bad condition. It's awful.
