Domino's Pizza

Update. Tried again and this place really does not care what they send out. How was this acceptable to box?? Pizza was barely warm, def not hot, and the pepperoni looked as if it had been sitting a good hour as the grease was dry and the crust was stale. Ordered a diet and received regular which no one in our house drinks. When called to rectify I was hung up on after being on hold 6 minutes and then couldn’t even refund the drink after almost 20 more minutes of waiting on hold.

If you want your pizza ready fast, made to perfection, attention to detail, and great customer service go see the team at Domino’s on Galm Rd. I order pizza, cheesy bread and a salad for pickup. I live about 5 min away and the food was ready before I can get there. By the time I parked and I clicked I am here the food was being brought out the door. Pizza was soft, moist and wasn’t dried out. The cheesy bread was like being in Italy!! Was nice and toasted on the outside, and nice a soft in the inside with all that tasteful cheese. Just Awesome! Quality and temperature are good BUT I've noticed the sides have all gotten smaller. Specifically, the chicken bites, regardless of flavor. Use to cover bottom of box but now smaller by one third the size. Charge more for the same quantity, IF YOU MUST, but be consistent with your PORTION CONTROL.

I don't eat pizza from here but I tried the sandwiches and pasta for the first time a month ago. It was decent. Decided to try the Philly cheesesteak and just like the other sandwich from the previous month, it was mostly bread and cheese. Although it was tasty, the chicken carbonara barely filled the container they used to put it in. Was like a child's portion. Was very disappointing.

Very disappointed!!! I figured with Domino's advertising best customer service we would get good service....NOPE! Ordered for delivery (not contacless) got a txt saying it was out for delivery. 40 min later and we never got any notification about delivery. We decided to check front porch since it had been a a while and it was on the porch. Never notified via txt, no one knocked or rang doorbell. Pizza was luke warm. They didn't even cut the pizza, we had to. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and no sauce. It was a chicken Alfredo pizza ): awful service and if we are paying over $50 for pizza...better be worth it. Won't order there again. So mad!!!
