The staff here overnight is very rude. Gave food without drink had an attitude when shoving the drinks because they forgot to give them. Get home to open the food and there is hair in my Mexican pizza! This terribly disappointing. Whoever owns this KFC even though you’re making money a hair not no beards or something should be required. I don’t want a free chicken sandwich from the survey. Maybe I should leave the feedback and give the receipt to the homeless for a free chicken sandwich.

This was the chicken sandwich I received in the pictures. I know, looks nothing like the one they advertise on TV and it taste even worse. No flavor or seasoning at all. My Pepsi soda was Flat as hell. I wasted my money on this lunch for sure.

I am giving 3 stars because I was informed by one of the employees that the vegan/vegetarian kitchen nuggets are still fried in the same oil as everything else. I appreciate the effort of the new menu item, but I don’t appreciate where it is fried, as it defeats the purpose. Hope someone higher up can change that!

I showed up at 9:58 they were taking my order and when it was 10:00 I was told KFC is closed... Right in the middle of my order. That is so lame... What happened to customer service! Geeze...

Rude as they can be! If you close at 11 pm, how about turning your menu light off. How in the hell will we know you're closed if you are waiting behind other cars????
So here I am waiting at the speaker for a response..then 15 min after 11 the guy says 'we're closed. Wasn't even nice about it.

I went in there around 659 and I saw a tall girl with dark eyeliner and red hair she cussed saying mama didn’t raise no b***h talk about very inappropriate what kind of work place is this

The woman at the counter was very friendly and patient. Our meals were perfect. One of the better KFC's I have been too.

The new KFC chicken sandwich is the real deal ya'll!! 😋 It's crispy, it's tender, it's oh sooooo good. This item has increased my trips to the Colonel. The big 3 clucking best sandwiches are now KFC, Chick Filet, and Popeyes. Do yourself a favor, buy one!!!
