Godiva Chocolatier

The people that work here are incredible. They are always welcoming and inviting. If you have any questions, they freely answer with a smile. If I could give more stars in writing this review, I would. Such great service! The best. I wish all businesses were like this! Yesterday, my granddaughters and I were in North Star Mall shopping for last minute gifts. My 8 year old wanted chocolate strawberries in the window display at Godiva Chocolatier. One of the employees asked her which bunch did she want. She responded. Instead of the employee handing the strawberries to her she started walking off. I asked her, why don't you hand them to her? The employee responded, she may run off with them. I was livid! The cashier rung up the strawberries and I walked off. I return back to the store asked to speak to the manger. I repeat was the employee had said. The manger stated she didn't mean it like that, but there are some people just run off. I said, do I look like I'm going to run off anywhere with a baby on my hip, purse, diaper bag and 8 year. Seriously! The manager apologized again. I responded, not everyone is a thief and walked away.

Small store notgood for strollers on s busy day, but heavenly chocolate. The employees are petty nice. Nice and cool stop on a hot day and often have good sales or deals especially since it is rather pricy. A good place to "treat yo-self" or maybe treat a special friend. Chocolate is great regardless but this chocolate is just something a little more.
