Cocula Jalisco Mexican Restaurant

I usually go to this place to get tacos and they’re pretty good. But today I went to pick up some barbacoa tacos and when I got home and bit on one it had a plastic bag inside. I called to see if I could get my money back and they said that I would have to bring all my tacos back to get my money. I explained to her that I just wanted my money for the one with the bag on it because I had ate the other ones. She said that she couldn’t unless I brought all of them back. I told her that it didn’t make sense to bring them back if I just wanted my money for one. The manager then said that it doesn’t matter because sometimes plastic bags end up in tacos. And she didn’t even care that their was plastic in their food. They didn’t even apologized for it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Would give 0 stars if I could . Went to the drive thru my bf doesn’t speak Spanish and told the worker this after she kept repeating something in Spanish & after her hearing he doesn’t speak Spanish she told him “you’re at a Mexican restaurant” not everyone who orders tacos has to be Mexican and working in a restaurant u should know that . She obviously knew English so you couldn’t have just said hi what can I get you instead of being a b . Won’t be coming here anymore .

For close to a year I gone to this restaurant after moving into the area for the morning tacos they had the 3 breakfast tacos 3 for $299 Special which was typical for most restaurants but this morning they increased it to $445 they are taking advantage of the Pandomic price surge and that's not right. Shame on them

Bunch of snakes here I ordered like 11 tacos total with barbacoa taco and carne guisada taco through the drive thru and when i got home they were all bean and cheese once i told them They tried to make it like it was my fault Thanks for making me waste my gas for you not knowing how to do the only job you have to do
