Went to this location to try the beyond chicken. I personally thought it was okay but my fiance loved it. Had an issue with how tough some of the pieces were not sure if it was the “chicken” itself but it wasn't pleasant. What I did love was the customer service. The manager I believe told us his thoughts on the beyond chicken and the other employee was very polite as well. Can't ask more from a restaurant thank you.

So me and my wife decided to stop on the way home we ordered and then we told to pull up and I'll bring it out to us. 30 minutes goes by, two cars that ordered after us get their food and leave. meanwhile we're there waiting 30 minutes only to find out that they ran out of chicken. and didn't tell us!! no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience or the wait. we were just told it would be about 4 minutes longer after getting my money back I can tell you I will never be back I've been in customer service well over 30 years and this is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever had.

My son's love the Spicy KFC sandwich. I could be wrong but it looked to me the sandwich was not made fresh from what I saw it looked to have been reheated in the fryer as it was only placed in fryer for about 2 min. My sandwich was tuff to chew. Driving from out of town and my boys being hungry. They didn't care. I don't plan on coming to this location in the future.

Went by the drive thru at 8:45 PM and was immediately told they had very few pieces of chicken. I asked if they had white meat and they didn't, I asked what time they closed and they told me 10. I asked if they were out and they told me they're not allowed to drop chicken after 8:30! Well it takes approximately 14 minutes or so for fried chicken to cook so they should have some fresh up at 8:44. They aren't interested in taking care of customers or staying in business and as a business owner myself I would be furious if my management and crew had this lackadaisical attitude towards customers and business. Took my money and my business to Church's a minute away..

I order 2 tacos and when I opened them it was like someone just smeared the meat. But the lady that makes the tacos, she goes all out with her family. I get KFC and taco bell plus discounts. As a customer I pay for my food and this is what I get for my money. I think management needs to be aware of the employees and see the quality of service.

Worst experience at any fast food restaurant! Rude as hell and food was garbage. The told me off over the speaker and no one came to the window to help. Manager was just as bad as the crew. Never going back and I always make a point to call out this experience when discussing places to eat. *After seeing other reviews on this location I cannot understand why this place hasn’t been turned around yet. Disgusted even more after seeing how many others have had such horrible experiences.
