Everything was good 👌🏾 the chicken strips weren't dry at all. The gravy was peppery but in a Good way!☺️ and the fried fish was good as well. Could of been bigger piece's but thats just me🥴 The spice was really good adds a kick of spice🌶️ the corn fritters was a little dry. But besides that everything was nice an fresh an hot ♨️

Well I ordered on line and it wasn't ready first shift leader was rude with me then manager raised his voice to me saying he was short handed and didn't appreciate my attitude. I waited another 15 to get home to realize I didn't even get the second breast they up charged me for. Never again. Food should be a enjoyed experience not a stressful one 🤣🤣🤬😳🤯

Yes, I was ordering with less than 15 min until closing. Yes, I am indecisive. Yes, I deserve the same service; as the first customer of the day, as the easiest customer of the day, the employees want to be treated when they are the customers. When I asked for help with the menu, I was told that it was, "Up to me." The answer was rude and slightly confusing considering my question was in reference to pricing. I was told that there was no more Oakland for the day and not enough chicken for what I ordered. I had to ask about the roasted chicken and then, tada, it @×the ¹⁷there was enoight I asked if napkins were in the bag when it was handed to me. The guy actually said, "Jesus Christ" under his breath. The food was good bit it was not good enough to make up for the sour taste the employees left in my mouth

terrible customer service by manager and cashier. they messed up on my drive thru order. I called to figure out what kind of drink they had given me because it wasn't what I ordered and manager asked me to go back, which I wasn't planning to, I was just gonna dump it. when I got there, there was only 1 car on drive thru speaker waiting. cashier finally came to window and I asked her to replace it and she told me I had to go inside. I told her I had already talked to manager and still she didn't want to. I asked her for corporate number and I got the same response. YOU HAVE TO INSIDE. Manager came and told me same thing instead of just giving me my drink. I told her I told you I didn't want to come, my food is getting cold at home! I drove off! Not first time they've messed up my order but it's surely the last!

Do not recommend this location. Very rude. When placing order at drive thru was asked/yelled/told 3 times what I’d like… I did ask for a minute as soon as we pulled up, just because I didn’t know what my wife or our son wanted. Then still being rushed my wife said I wanted a small order of okra. I told her it’s ok I’ll add at window. Mind you no one in front of us or behind us. But the female associate at the window (she also said she’s the manager lol what a joke) well I told her we’d like to add a small okra. She said next time place the whole order at one time. Not to be adding anything later. Lol. My wife then said that’s ok will just go ahead and go somewhere else. Just rude. My wife didn’t want the food anymore because she was worried the way we were being spoken to that the lady would spit in our food. All for okra lol ridiculous.
