Only giving 5 stars because of the female employees that are very sweet and helpful. Today I encountered a rude employee when i asked if I should call a local shelter to pick up a wounded cat right outside the station. Although it was only to find the courage to do so and to start a conversation, the employee was rude and made condescending comments. Other than that the food is great here and it was just a bad experience. I was going to pick up a drink for my lunch break but ended up leaving with a bad experience and bad impression.

The store is new refit and interior decor shows it. Equip (ie: coffee and soda dispensers, coolers) in working order. The hot food area is extremely small with a food heating and display unit that looks like it is what you see set up outside somewhere during Fiesta time. Their are two registers and two employees working. It seemed that employee working the register was new due to her being extremely slow handling customers. When I arrived there was one customer at register but within 5 mins when was ready to pay there were 6 persons in line waiting to pay. What made it worse. The other employee was checking and restocking coffee area within sight and could see the employee at register was having issues with slow service causing a backup. She just looked at what was going on but instead of opening 2nd register to reduce customers waiting time, she just continued emptying a coffee urn with a look look and mannerism like it was better me than her in this situation. This really made me think on this company's screening process during the hiring phase with basic customer service. Also I overheard another customer where the restrooms were located and was told they were out of service. This makes it the 3rd time I heard this excuse in the last 60 days! I came to the conclusion that I will take my business elsewhere in the future. This company really needs to stress customer servicen skills and hire different maintenance staff if the restrooms were really out of order 3 times in 60 days.

The pictures posted show the old Citgo gas logo's used by a convenience store that was called the "The Right Choice" That business closed in the first week of Feb. 2017. The owners sold buildings and land to current owners. There was extensive demolition and remodeling work completed that changed location to Seven Eleven store. Hopefully 7-11 corporation will post updated pictures and corrected information for this locarion
