I just got kicked out I couldn’t be in the store and I really didn’t do anything. I see him having problems having problems with customers everyday and maybe it is the area. But when a paying customer who’s never done anything wrong and he wants get an attitude, which is honestly awkward because he’s never given me problems. In fact seems to be relieved it’s me because I’m there to do anything wrong. If he’s going to make up lies or just kick out whoever for whatever reason which now i know he is going to bad for business. He should be fired from half the other encounters I’ve seen him in.

Richard and his troll pet, Martin are the worst people I’ve ever met. They enjoy verbally assaulting paying customers. They will happily lie while calling the police to complain on people in the store who are not causing any problems. Today, Richard ran after a paying customer, and assaulted the customer’s girlfriend, under IH35. I can’t speak about the people that work in the morning, but these two guys that work in the evening are terrible people. Other customers are correct. The store is nasty and the bathrooms are rarely open. When the bathrooms are open, they are disgusting. There is a decent Circle K a few yards down Rittiman, and QT is the next exit north. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The Arab guy I presume, I feel like he's lost. He doesn't understand you and you can barely understand him. He always has an attitude. Like someone needs to get rid of him already. He also will put his number in for your points before you even get a chance to enter a number! I tell him everytime I want to put my number in I don't need you stealing my points and he rolls his eyes!

The worst place that ever see. Then sale gas and food but don't want that the people use the restrooms. That's ILEGAL and abusive for the consumers. If they don't like that the people use the restroom it's simple, don't sale anything or don't work in that kind of place.

Dirty place. Especially during this pandemic. There is no paper towels in the restroom nor does the hand dryer work. When I asked the lady at the cashier of her boss was around she said no. I asked her To Inform him that he needs to fix the hand dryer in the restroom she replied to me with “oh well we don’t have supplies and there is nobody to fix the hand dryer cause of the covid”!! 🤣 really like you can’t pay someone to fix it?? I would never step foot in this store again let alone eat anything from here. And for those who has purchased food from here in the past, you’re immune to COVID!!!😅😅😅 I’m done!!

My husband works near by so he frequents this store quite often. However he will never ever visit this store again. He's been a loyal customer for over 3 years because of it's location and on today the cashier tells him that 2 weeks ago his card was declined and tries add the amount she claims he owes onto the transaction he has today. Are you freaking kidding me???? First of all his card was definetly not declined. Secondly if it was in fact declined why did you bag his items up and give them to him? No one is going to pay for mistakes that the cashier is making when she running two registers at a time. I suggest you pay better attention to what you're doing and not accuse innocent people of trying to get over on you.

I had the worst experience here. I did not know this was an independent 7-11 owned by ill favored management. They chased me out of the store and tried to accuse me of harassment because I took a ten dollar bill (which I got as cash back) from the owner. His Thumb was assaulted in the encounter. His wife was chirping around like a grackle trying to assault me. She apparently has a video.
