Burger Time Express No 2

Don’t ever even think about using the coupons they send in the mail. Why even send coupons? They give you the worst foods back there! Nuggets we’re cold and stale. The burgers were the saddest burgers I’ve ever had there. Lol soda taste as if they need to clean the soda machine. I won’t be coming back. There’s plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Maybe I stopped here on a bad day. It was a total struggle bus. First, the lady taking orders was totaling barking at customers. She barked at the vehicle ahead of me before she barked at me. Not a sign of good customer service. Second, you are out of Coke. How can a fast food joint be out of Coke? It's what you do. Then, you basically tell me I want a Dr. Pepper. Not really, but you didn't give me many options. Third, you got my order wrong. Somehow the chicken sandwich I wanted morphed into a TX Double Whopper. Fourth, the onion rings were as hard as bricks. I couldn't eat them; dry beyond belief and obviously stale. Not much going right on this visit. Should I return, things can only improve. However, this visit was a total bust.

Worst place to get fast food! They take forever in the drive thru and they don’t even have people in the lobby. I made Mobile order, let them know that I was there to pick up, other than them taking forever to get their line moving as if they made one patty per customer, they still didn’t have my order ready. I will definitely remember that it takes me 30+ To get my Mobil order.

The wait for the order to be raken was 17 minutes at the drive thru. I asked for extra mayonnaise and it seemed like my sandwiches were made by a kindergarten. Then they still told me , not ask to pull forward and wait for order. I understand you may be short staffed or forced to be at work but keep in mind that because of the customer you are working to provide the best customer service that you were trained for and are getting paid for.

I love the flavor that Burger King has. I believe I said before that it's one of my favorite places to eat a burger. I've been eating whoppers since I was a kid and still absolutely going to eat there. However, this particular Burger King has been a bit of a circus. They've had their fair share of problems dealing with bad management and bad service, but I really love those burgers. And I prefer to go inside and sit down to eat. However lately, this particular BK has had their doors shut. Drive thru only. I hate that because they seem to always mess something up at the deive thru.

I am a food delivery driver, Around 3 months ago I went to Burger King at potranco near 151, the restraunt did not have drink carriers. They put the drinks in a box, and all drinks spilled. Today I went to Burger King at Marbach, they gave me very light drink carrier for 2 medium and I large drinks. And the customer spilled the drinks

Waited so long for our food and when I got home to eat it, literally had one pathetic string of bacon on each sandwich. No pickles as pictured either. But I guess not even bacon could save this sad little sandwich. It was not good. I should know better than to go to BK but I had some coupons and it was late so my friend figured we'd grab something quick.
