This place seems to either give a great experience, or a terrible one, and it seems to mostly come down to who is working. There seem to be a lot of people in training here, but that's just a guess. I usually order on the app because I need to grab and go on my lunchbreak - the idea being that I'm supposed to be able to put my order in remotely so it'll be ready when I arrive. This has happened ONCE. Usually I have to wait 5-10 minutes for my order. This wouldn't be so frustrating but for the fact that I have seen people who put their orders in after me get their food before me. Twice my food has been lukewarm when I got it and seemed to have been sitting while I waited. One time I ordered online and when I got there I was told they were out of the item I had ordered and paid for. To the credit of the guy working there he did offer me a substitution that was acceptable. The main problem seems to be that people here either know or don't know how to work with the taco bell app and it can cause a lot of issues- but, its clean and most of the staff have been polite if not as helpful as they could be.
Basically, if using the app and it says the order is being prepared, don't count on it. Wait times are anyone's guess.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this Taco Bell! For the first time in a long time I felt like I got what I paid for from a fast food restaurant! They followed my order to the t. I asked for extra meat and no sour cream and no beans and I could actually tell that I had extra meat! The customer service was great and so was the food. Thank you for great service and actually providing a great fast food experience!

I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s, many of them with poor service or cold food. This one had great service and the food was well cooked and tasted fresh.

I ordered the new Steak white hot ranch fries. The cheese was melted pretty good around the fries along with the ranch sauce. The fries could've used a little more steak0 than what was put. Overall it was okay.

I’ve come to this Taco Bell at least 7 times and every time they mess up my order. Tonight is the last night I’ll ever be coming back. Forgot one of my items and my quesadilla had no cheese in it and was dry. Also messed up another item and gave us something we didn’t even order. I don’t understand if the employees are just that negligent or if this is a management problem. Needs to be fixed

Worst TacoBell ever!!!!
The Hispanic female manager totally sucks. She has the worst attitude that I have ever seen. I'll admit my girlfriend placed an online order, and it was
My fault and nor having the right name. But it took a regular employee to look at the ticket and find my order. The manager just kept saying "we don't have the order with a smug face.

Went to taco bell drive thru on valley hi. Online and sign says they are open at 8am. At 805 no one ready to take my order. 810 still no answer. Went to the window and saw an employee. She saw me and I went back to order, still no answer. Not sure whats going on. This is not the first time this happened.
