I frequent this store almost everyday because I live 3 minutes away. On 2/12/22 at around 7:20pm I walk into the store and one of your employees ( short, Hispanic, dark hair, possibly pregnant) tells me to leave and I can’t shop there. I’m utterly confused and almost thought she was joking. When I realized she was serious I asked her what is she talking about. She begins to angrily ask me, “was it you, was it you?” Multiple times. I respond “ was what me?” Multiple times. She will not tell me what she’s talking about. I’m still very much confused. She then tells me there is a picture in the back office and would I like to see it. I say yes. However she claimed only her manager could access it and he is not there. Eventually she states there was an incident she had with another black woman days ago who allegedly threatened her, which is NOT me! She calls the police and can’t even show them a photo of this woman who is NOT me! The whole time she has the wrong person. I am NOT the person she previously had an incident with. I walked into this location as I do every other day ready to spend my hard earned money only to be racially profiled. I want this employee terminated immediately.

The absolute worst 7-11 I have been to in the US! I travel for business and went next door from my hotel to get what I like, my 7-11 coffee. The woman manager on duty had to be the rudest person I have ever encountered in San Antonio. There was coffee but zero milk and just one sweet creamer to choose from! I made a comment that every 7-11 I have been to has had a variety of milk, half -half, creamers to choose from, out for the customers. Her reply, “we aren’t like other 7-11’s!”. Woman, you are correct. I am writing to Corporate to let them know just that. Rude.

This my go to location for gas in the area. The employees are nice and actually carry a conversation. Prices inside are reasonable, and the gas prices are even better. Bring your business here and not to the Shell across the street because this location does not charge extra for paying by card. It's by far the better of the two gas stations at this intersection.

The employees there always have a smile on their face and are more than happy to help you. Will go I will go out of my way to go there opposed to any other convenience store in the area. Even through the transition have a new owner nothing is changed the store is always clean and most important the restrooms are clean and not nasty like most other convenient store. If you've never been there you should go and see why it's a great store
