Pizza Hut

When I picked up my 2 large pizza order from store then cashier did not give any small packet of hot paper or garlic sauce. She said that it is 99 cent. Very disappointing. Every restaurant gives atleast one packet of sauce or spices free with food. But the cashier at Pizza hut she did not give me any free packet.

Idk who was working yesterday around 1 but they gave me the best pizza I’ve had from this location. The last time was disappointing but yesterday I was once again filled with hope and melty cheese and crisp pepperonis. It was so hot too I had to wait a bit to eat it but that’s a good sign to me plus it was still soft and crispy. Idk who it was or what they did but I hope they keep doing it as much as they can!

Ordered from the Pizza Hut app and used a "deal". It said the order with tip total was 28.08, but then charged my card $31.33. When I called the location, the "manager" refused to give their name, and could not help me with the $3.25 charge that came out of thin air, that I was fooled into paying. The "manager" said it was against their policy to give their name. How are we supposed to reference who we talked to for any issues you may have? I give VERY few one star ratings, and am a top reviewer. I would NOT order from the Pizza Hut App OR this particular store, as they do not care to even look into any problem or even identify who they are. Worst customer experience I have had in years from anywhere. We will NEVER order Pizza Hut again, and we've used Pizza Hut for years. The manager was rude and unwilling to do anything or recommend who I contact about being overcharged. I would go to corporate, but I don't want to waste my time. They already lost my business for good, so no point. Manager then called me back to tell me I was wrong about the total I was showing in the app, and that my charge was correct despite what my total was showing in the app. I agreed to pay the total displayed in the app, not the amount charged to my card. We will dispute the charges as this is classic "Bait and Switch".

Never depend on closing staff. They forgot half of my order and when I mentioned it to them they looked like lost puppies. When I got home they didnt add any of my toppings (which was only pepperoni and sausage). It was 10pm right on the dot and they didnt even bother answering the phone. I was waiting for someone to answer for 10 minutes. The de zavala location is much better, would've gone to that one over this place if I had the time.
