Pizza Hut

My husband and I used to order from this place all the time especially with delivery. Their pizzas were always very good and the service has always been great! However, the last few times we’ve ordered, their pizza has had very little sauce and very little toppings. The wings also have a funny smell. The first time this happened, I had ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. I swear it was mostly a cheese pizza with one slice of pepperoni on each slice. We ordered one more time thinking it was just that one time, but it wasn’t. This time we ordered a spicy double pepperoni pizza. It definitely wasn’t doubled and it had more pepper slices than pepperoni. Sadly, the pizza here is just not the same anymore.

This Pizza Hut location is usually pretty amazing. But the last pizza I bought was a three topping tastemaker on pan crust. And what I got was a pan crust with very little sauce and very few toppings. I was not impressed. Hopefully it was just a fluke but now I feel the need to call in my order and express the importance of making my pizza right rather than ordering online.

My complaint is for the store located at 15045 Jones Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247. I was yelled at by the manager for not parking in the spaces in front of the store for pick-up. I tried to tell her the spaces were full because only two existed. The only ones left were 4 marked for handicapped. She sharply yelled at me to park in front or I cannot get my pizza from her store anymore. Even know the parking lot is large around the side of the front door she said I cannot park there. She complained I needed to learn to use my phone and instead of calling the store to say I was ready in the parking lot I needed to learn technology. I never received an email or a phone call for my order. This ruined my night. I wish I had yelled back or told her to not speak to me that way. I feel so betrayed by her lack of customer service and let down with my eating experience. Thanks

The staff was very rude, they sent my pizza to the house twice and they insisted they were at the right house even tho they clearly weren't and I had to walk to the end of our very long street in 100 degree weather. They said they didn't know what I wanted them to say when I said they brought it to the wrong house, we have never had a problem before.
