Subway

We were very excited to have a Subway in the neighborhood. However, this one fails in so many ways. We have given them a number of opportunities to change our minds not to drive an additional 7 miles for a good sandwich at another Subway but to no avail. Between not having enough products, ie, napkins, cups, and the quality of the food being poor Subway franchise needs to revisit their relationship with this owner. I do not blame the young staff. They are always friendly and just have to make excuses for the owner. Very disappointed.

Ate at this Subway about 2 months ago, it was terrible, they only had one choice of bread, and I believe they only had ham for the meat. Now that this location is under new management it is great. Fresh bread all day, every thing that is on the menu they have in stock, the employee's and Manager are very friendly and give great service.

Not enough employees, and those that are present have limited knowledge. They did not know how to make a salad, store was out of different meats, didn't understand coupons or the register, and making sandwiches was the worst part of their skill set. It took 28 minutes to make 3 foot longs. We live very close and will not visit again, ever.

Every single time I have been here they are out of supplies. Went this afternoon and they were out of all bread except one flavor. Additionally, the only meat they had was turkey breast. The first 3 sandwiches I asked for they told me they didn't have. Very poorly run. Going off of other reviews it appears I am not the only one who continues to have these problems. I will not be back and plan to express my concerns with headquarters.
