Friendly staff and had a great atmosphere feeling throughout the whole appointment. Doctor did not show to be in a hurry to get through the exam, asked if I had any questions, and gave positive attitude about my need. I like the idea of being able to schedule follow up over the phone for results to not miss work. I also like the idea that if I need to go to another Alamo medical clinic, they will have all my info. on hand.

I am very disappointed but not surprised by the office manager pricilla at Samg located on Division. She would not have my prescription electronically sent to my pharmacy and made me come out to the location to retrieve it. I have never received a paper script from my doctor nor was I informed that this office manager made up her own rules that they have not faxed any prescriptions since June 2020. I could understand if it was over a year or even six months but my December prescription was electronically sent to HEB and I had do problem getting my refill for January and February. She is not fit to manage an outhouse. I do my part by wearing my mask and staying home when possible. She don't care about my safety nor the safety of my loved ones but in that office they definitely think about themselves and theirs. I had to knock on a glass door that is not being disinfected after every visitor plus I am required to wait in the same hallway with other patients. My children and grandchild are not important to her. Our children are our future and we need to make sure they are safe by making good decisions and teaching them the same during and after this pandemic. Good decision making is going to be our new way of life. We can not afford to be making quick and convenient for you decisions. Now I can't see my loved ones for a few more days because I was here knocking on a dirty door, waited in a cramped, nonventalated hallway with other patients and to top it off, handed a dirty pen by a employee wearing a Head to toe hazmat suit. Protection for herself of course. There is a consequence for every action so think twice before making a decision. As much as it bothers me to get a different doctor I can't stay in a place managed and blinded by stupidity.

I've been coming to this Medical place for many years & I've never have had a pleasant visit. I wouldn't recommend it. I've yet to see a smile from the front desk workers. On the day of your Appt., you wind up having to wait for hours to be seen. But if you happen to show up 10 mins late, you won't be seen. You'll have to reschedule. I will say this, they happen to take covid 19 very serious which is very important to me.

There are so many things I could say about this medical office and Dr Garza. The first time I went, it was for an appointment with Dr Garza which was at 3:30. I didn't get seen until almost 6. It was horrendous waiting, my husband and I had to wait so long that they moved us to the after hours waiting room, and this was with making an appointment! After this, the medications that were prescribed had an adverse effect so instead of being concerned, she said to simply stop taking them via patient portal. Well apparently she doesn't even remember what she told us because she later requested to visit her for a follow up and she contradicted the instructions she gave online. After changing the instructions for the prescriptions, she didn't update it in the system so when it came time for a refill about 2 weeks later she denied it and didn't even tell us! So now I'm back at square one without a doctor and without treatment. Don't waste your time or your money. This doctor doesn't care about you or your health.

Operators need to get CUSTOMER SERVICE Training. For one takes them from thirty mins or so to answer. Why COVID. Really stop yapping and and eating your taco and answer da phones. I just called of course she don't say her name and stays quiet and then I say hello. She said wait I'm in da system really say something. It's very frustrating to get da run around. Then you supposably are getting transferred your waiting no noise music nothing. Oh wait she hangs up on you. Guess it's time to report you'll to my insurance.🤔
