Just ordered a 40 piece chicken mini catering size and when I got home, It was a little cold. I only live a mile away from there with the heater on in my car because it was a little cold that day. When I opened the tray of chicken minis, it didn't look like much work was put into opening the bread and placing the chicken meat in. A third of the chicken minis was some what destroyed and out of place as well. I gotta say, there was not much effort putting into making it look some what presentable at all. I don't mind messy food at all but this, I'm not sure what happened there. Some of the chicken mini sandwiches was missing the chicken and/or half the bread was not there as well.

I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal in the drive through at 12:17pm 7/01/2022. After riding for a few minutes my son takes his sandwich out and there is no chicken patty on it. I come back to let them know around 12:37pm. They replaced the chicken sandwich and when I got to the window my son asked if he could get a fresh order of fries. The young man at the window said well you have eaten some of them. My thought is, when you drive off you DO start eating your fries first. I would not have cold food if the order had been correct. I wasted gas coming back and sitting in drive through again waiting and I did not ask for anything extra. Initially it was no big deal, until the guy at the window totally disregarded our situation and did not take accountability. Photo is posted as well.

My order was missing my large Mac n cheese. I called and Tina was happy to get that to me. She informed me I just needed to pull into curb side, give them a call and they would bring that out to me. When I arrived the call was going to voicemail;I tried a few times and was still going to voicemail she ended up calling me back right away letting me know she was on the other line I advised her I was in curbside - order number three she said she would have that right out, I hung up and she shortly called back advising me that a fresh batch was in the oven and told me it would be a —— minute wait. I am pleased with the service and how they made it right without having me go the distance to pay for what was missing etc. way to go Tina! 🙂

I love CFA, I love the restaurant. Most of the employees are amazing. I will say though the way they handle their complaints is terrible. I requested to speak with Mike Mills about a complaint and was denied and told he doesn’t deal with customer complaints. Even though the manager is the one I was complaining about. They sent the wrong order completely. It was dinner for ONLY my 3 kids and they got the order wrong. Ok no big deal, just please deliver my order and we will call it a day. He refused to put me in queue and explained he will basically get to me when it gets to me. He said I had to wait after rush hour. It was 5ish and I placed my order at 4:40. Rush ends after 6. I explained that it was dinner for my kids and if he would just put me in queue based on my phone call time so that I don’t have to wait hours to get my food. He said no. I said fine. Hung up. Never received my order, a phone call stating no one was coming to drop off my order, or a refund. Called today to complain and was told no to speaking with the supervisor Mike I could only speak to manager. She sounded unapologetic and just said she would speak with employee. She did give me a refund on my order…which isn’t really a favor because I paid for something I never received. I will never be returning to this location. I’d rather drive to city base with the amazing team over there or the forum. The attitude the first manager had on the phone (even my 10 year old said man, he sounded rude) & the lack of accountability is enough to make me steer clear. Ordered: medium fry, large fry, 8 nuggets, 12 nuggets, grilled chicken sandwich. Received: 2 chargrilled sandwiches with pepper jack cheese and 4 grilled nuggets.

I've eaten A LOT of Chick-fil-A over the years and this was definitely on the worse side. Only got 9 nuggets in a 12 count. Called them and they said I should come by and they will replace with a 12 count - great! I appreciate them making good. Two days later I call ahead to get confirmation we're good to and also add a few items to make it a full meal. Took a while, but got both orders checked in without issue at the start of the line, but apparently that was too hard for them. I waited 20 minutes to get my new order and had to remind them about my second 10 mins later because I was holding up traffic at the front of the line. Thankfully they got the count right this time, but my fries were hardly "large" and were deflated and soggy. My wife's nuggets were thankfully better than mine, but mine were barely warm and were tough and dry. Very disappointed both times and sadly will not be revisiting soon

I’ve had issues with this chick fila before and my recent order was another issue. Got two large fries with my family order and they both looked like this. Otherwise we the food was great just fries where soggy, squished and not filled up as a large fries should be

Beware if this Chick-fil-A! First and foremost there was a screw in our fries, thankfully the kids did not eat it. The manager offered us more fries but that would not have sufficed if someone had swallowed it. DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!! Secondly, the drive way where people exit the drive-thru CLEARLY states “Do Not Enter” this does not deter the staff in little white cars from breaking the rules because it’s convenient. They have almost hit us and I’ve seen them almost hit other cars whom are following the posted signs. While around town those cars and drivers can be seen speeding in school zones and tailgating. We live in this community, we eat in this community, do your part! DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!! JUST DO BETTER!!!

This time was terrible. It took over 12 minutes. They didn't have the people taking the orders at the speakers as they had so previously. They got the parfait part right, but not the sandwich. I like my bread separately from the bread. Due to gluten allergies. Really I wish they offered the chicken breast as a separate meal option. Paying $10.55 for a meal that I don't eat it all is waistful. This has me buying the things I would like for breakfast and creating them at home, so I can save my $$.$$ and get to work beforehand and enjoying it with peace, meditation and scriptures.
