I love and appreciate the fact that they are open 24 hrs especially open during the holidays. You can count on them to be there for you. My favorite meal is the sourdough jack.

I love Jack in the box..there food is Excellent I love their breakfast because Jack has breakfast all day.

Service was initially slow with a new girl at the register who got our order wrong twice, almost 3 times. However, the manager later gave us the shorted sandwich we were missing, without charging us.
We came here after extremely poor service at the JIB on Probandt.
Thanks for taking better care of your customers here at the Fair Ave location.

Food was good as always. But that drive thru lady was rude. She didn't say hi. Handing me the card reader with out the card in it. Telling me to put my pin in. Then treating me ugly because it didn't go through. Well you have to insert the chip my dear. Shoves the food and drink at me from the window. I think she was a manager she had the darker attire on. I don't like to complain about food. She just really made want to go the other jack on SE Military.
