Jack In The Box

Who is the owner/management company who owns this location? They always have long waits. What is going on? They have tons of business but can never seem to hire enough help. I come here all the time after work, for lunch, and it's always the same thing, long waits. Hire some people and a good manager to run this place properly! I would love for someone who is in upper management to call me. Do you guys need help on how to run a streamline business?! C'mon!

They robbed me of my time and money. Worst establishment in the area. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, then got off to order inside. The cashier had an attitude and was leaning on the counter, looking uninterested. She had trouble taking my simple order. After waiting about 20 minutes, two different employees came to the front to ask me what my order was, clearly lost themselves about what they were doing. When I asked about a drink holder for my three drinks, two employees said they’d get it in a minute, but when asked the third employee (only 3 personnel) she did not even glance and simply said “we don’t have any.” The sandwiches were not the ones I asked for, and my taco orders got messed up as well. By the time i got my food my drinks were flatter than the attitude of every person in there. Pictured is a literally plain taco. Barely any meat, and this was the best of all 6 in terms of filling. This place will rob you of your money and time.
