Whataburger

Service was ok. I ordered cinnamon rolls and waited almost an hour after our food. Finally got them in a metal cold tray and was told that that's how they are served when you order more than one. They didn't even have the decency to apologize for making me and my babies wait that long for them to pull a tray of rolls out of the fridge and hand it to me.

This location is always busy, it is often a hit or miss. Today was none the better. I ordered 2 hatch Chile burgers and asked to replace the fries with onion rings. I received two meals with fries, called the person over to let them know my order was wrong, she came back with just 1 order of onion rings. Once I got home, the burger was good but did not have any hatch peppers in it. Would not recommend this location.

Definitely very bad service, I have already had very bad experiences, in terms of time, the wrong food, this time they gave me what they wanted, I asked for a hatch green chili burger and they gave me only meat ,bread and bacon I asked them for a creamy cilantro lime They didn't give it to me and to top it off they charged me cheese that I asked for and they didn't even put it on the burguers, and finally they didn't even offer me ketchup, it was a total disaster, every time I go back there because I think they could better but to my biggest disappointment, no It is like that, I understand that once it happens, maybe twice, but several times it is not fair, I do not recommend them in my experience, it has been very unsatisfied. But the only good thing about the service was that they were kind when speaking to me in the speaker box :\

I was very hongry!! The pico de Gallo burger was spicy but really tasty!!! So if you love a hot burger with 🍟 and onion rings 😉 and a cold sweet tea half/half!!🤤🤤🤤 This is the meal for you after a hard days job!!! It hit the spot big time!!! I recommend this meal to try out Whataburger's lastest creation!!!😁😁🤗🤗🤗
