Spent $50. Person taking the order kept having me repeat myself (this doesn't ever happen for me anywhere and having lived all over, I have almost no accent at all). Forgot an item in my order, screwed up all of my burgers and screwed up two of my drinks. Location was dirty, needing trash picked up and a good power wash. Other locations are a lot better and I've only experienced one that was worse.

Took about 45mins to get my order. What’s even worse is my tots being extremely oily and could taste the oil hasn’t been cleaned out either. Spent almost $40 smh

Served us cold hotdogs, they didn't get order correct . And they gave us 2 napkins for 4 people . This is not my first encounter with this store. I keep thinking that it will get better and so I wait and go bk to find nothing's changed. 😒

You know, the fact that it’s about to be 2021 and Sonic still does not offer a placement for gratuity on their checks is absolutely bizarre. It is down right mistreatment to the employees. How anybody continues to be a server at sonic is beyond me. I’m sorry but I have not carried cash on me in years. There’s also a national change shortage so who could possibly even want to tip in cash or change anyway?! Your employees deserve better Sonic.

Worst. Used app to order drinks. Sure...should be a quick in and out? Not by a long shot. Drive thru full, pulled into a stall. 15 minutes I waited, no response. They took drive thru orders. Did see that 4 drive thrus just drove off after ordering, that can't be good. Speed and accuracy are essential in the fast food industry. Speed is defiantly not visiting the staff here.

It was a pleasant experience, being able to safely grab a snack. Food was like being at the State Fair. Service was very good also.

They are getting better at this place. I think it all depends on the staff to be honest with you. Some workers care and the rest are just there for a paycheck. Honest opinion!!!!!
