Little Caesars

This location has terrible customer service I have been here several times and every single time I sit at the speaker for at least 5 to 10 minutes and this time they answered and said just to let you know everything's going to take 15 to 20 minutes and then they didn't say anything else. Then I said "are you going to take my order," and nobody answered, I proceeded to say hello hello for like a while. Theb they say I'll be right with you, and I said well I would appreciate if you tell me something. She said it's cause I'm really busy...... then they got back on in after like 3 minutes and took my order..Terrible!

Had to repeat myself six times when placing my order because apparently pizzas with two toppings are too confusing for the order-taker, waited 15 mins because thin crusts take way longer to make for some reason, ended up with 2/3 orders wrong, and to top it all off I got food poisoning that cost me a day and a half of my weekend and a day of work. I'd be better off just not eating.

I called to let them know that the pizza I was given was under cooked and Steven said he wasn't calling me a liar but that it was impossible. I took the pizza in an he proceeded to argue with me telling me that the pizza was not raw and that pizza dough is supposed to be gooey in the middle, the pizza was falling apart in the middle section and the cheese was not even fully melted, went as far as to tell me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I simply don't like my pizza raw, I was polite about it on the phone and even while I was made to wait over 15 minutes for my pizza only to get it raw. Disgusting behavior from the employee.
