My boyfriend placed an order through the Sonic app while we were on our way, all we ordered was a sprite and vanilla ice cream. We got to Sonic and checked in through the app, there were a couple cars in the drive through and a few in the drive up stalls, but it definitely wasn't outstandingly busy. Multiple cars came and went through the drive through (some showed up long after we'd checked in) while we waited. We did note that the other cars in the drive up stalls seemed to be having the same issues as we were with slow service.
They had two workers, a male and a female, delivering food to the stalls. The female worker was definitely walking like she had an attitude, and wasn't in a hurry at all.
We noticed the truck in the stall next to us, who had arrived after us, had talked to the girl a few times. After 45 minutes of waiting my boyfriend decided to ask what was taking so long; he was probably way more polite than most would have been had they waited 45 minutes for a soda and soft serve, yet the waitress made a face and gesture like we annoyed her. She asked what our order was (a sprite and a sundae with no toppings) and went in and had it back out within 30 seconds, except she'd put chocolate sauce on the sundae and we needed it without chocolate, so we asked her for a new one. She came back out with the new one and asked "Is this right" with an attitude. At this point it was about 10:50 pm so I understand it's probably been a long day, but it's still a job, so giving attitude to customers isn't exactly the way to go about things, especially when we were more polite about it than others would've been. And I really can't imagine why it took a whole 45 minutes for a very simple order we placed ahead of time, especially when we got it in less than a minute after asking about the hold-up.

They took awhile. But it's okay because all of the food was fresh and hot! The only thing that they forgot to give me is ketchup. But that's it.

I enjoy the Sonic menu, but unfortunately won’t be returning to this one...ever. Order the foot long hot dog. It was cold, the cheese hadn’t even been melted, and the bun was wet. Wet bread with cold nitrate hot dog...hard pass. I love good junk food, but not tasting like it was left in the garbage.

Been there several times and they always seem to have issues with their mic system which causes slowdowns in ordering they seem to take a long time to get orders always seem to have a wait time for orders long wait over 5 minutes also seem to not be able to get orders right I ordered a six pack of cheese sticks I got a 4 and was charged for 6 but it would have taken too long to try to get back cuz their microphone system wasn't working and other things to even bother with trying to switch it so I don't know if I'll be returning to this Sonic again because it just never seems to get anything right or moving in a good amount of time to get things done fSt and correct.

My boyfriend and I worked opposite shifts at this Sonic Location, one day my boyfriend came in after having dominoes for breakfast (he is lactose intolerant,but loves pizza), he had diarrhea and let the manager in charge (Dora) know it was nothing serious and she let him go home. As I was Arriving to work a coworker told me I could have a burger, I asked the manager (Dora) in charge for permission. Within 2 hours I had to run to the faculty restroom and throw up due to food poisoning. Dora asked me if I was okay and I said it must’ve been the burger. A coworker intervened into our private conversation and asked if I lived with “some dude Joshua” to which I dismissed because what does who I live with or who I’m seeing have to do with me throwing up. She convinced Dora to treat this as COVID-19 and called me a threat to their health. To which I defended myself, I’d never put anyone at risk as I have a little brother who is a Leukemia survivor and suffers of ataxia telangiectasia and I’d hate for anyone to even go NEAR him during these times. Not only that, but how was I a threat to my coworkers when I was the only employee who did not refuse to clean the faculty restroom or to do any chore 16-40 year olds would refuse to do. Me, the employee who brought it to the General Managers (Gabriel) attention that no one was washing their hands upon entering work or every 20 minutes for 20 seconds according to the handbook. To which he replied, “everyone is on their own.” Dora told me to stay out for 3 weeks no pay and to not come back until after those 3 weeks passed because of this and the nosey coworker’s(Jasmine) “connection” my boyfriend was told to go back home and stay there for 3 weeks when he reported to work the next day.
We filed our complaint to OSHA about how staff eats next to the ice machine infront of the shake maker, free food is given to employees (like the burger that gave me food poisoning), no gloves or masks are worn and hand washing is not enforced. (Not only that, but the General manager made me work on my off day which I at the time did not know was illegal. Here are pictures from when we went for the 6th time to see if they would allow us to go back to work, we told customers about how NASTY and UNSAFE it is to eat there and they told us to leave which we did. One man was standing waiting for his order to be taken and as he heard what we told the lady next to him he decided to leave and we continued our talk at a safe distance THATS when Jasmine called the cops and sent staff out to record us AFTER we were OFF the property. Keep in mind they didn’t even have the time for all that when they had people waiting for a SINGLE drink 🤣 AND YES I HAVE REPORTED this to the MAIN Sonic webpage. What y’all are doing is literally ILLEGAL.

Waited 30 minutes to get service in a stall.... NOBODY every got to me. I drove up to the drive through and was serviced quickly. All the cars in the stalls move to drive through after waiting forever. Getting the food takes long even in drive through. Are they harvesting food or killing the chicken? Why does it take so long. 5 minutes.... maybe.... 30+ minutes.... no....
