Mcdonald's

Basically come here for the happy meals! Kids love it they upgraded there play area very nice! Some tables have tablets and there was one with lights was pretty cool changes when touched very entertaining. Usally when I come it’s clean. Service is pretty fast. Have not had a problem with this Mc Donald’s.

Like most fast food nowadays, customer service almost always takes a back seat to speed of service. In this case, this particular location has neither ESPECIALLY after 10pm. Service is non existent and you often wait 20 minutes to get a single order. As per usual, expect the ice cream machine to be "off" and about half the menu to be unavailable for no reason whatsoever.

Placed on-line order for 3 coffees (reg. W/milk, sugar &splenda; vanilla iced w/o ice: & mocha w/xtra xtra milk. Took about 7 minutes. Got home &realized McDonald's forgot the mocha. Drove back there, and went thru drive-through. I explained what happened very thoroughly. Pulled up got coffee. Tasted the coffee as I pulled away , and found they gave me a large reg. Coffee. I went thru the drive thru again! They sounded like it was my fault when had told the specifically they had forgot my mocha w/ xtra xtra milk. Finally, the hand me a mocha. I confirm it's with the xtra milk. She tells me "it's a mocha & doesn't come with with milk. I inform her that it is an option. She goes and adds the milk. So far this has been a lot of hassle. Get home and find there's no vanilla or milk In the ice coffee. I call and stated that I was really upset. "We can replace it for you". I going to call corporate. AHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I asked for my 10 piece nugget meal to be cook to order so to no surprise get asked to move up to window #3. Which i dont mind & already expect. Tell me why i wait 5 minutes to be handed food that clearly has been sitting for awhile. Then I have to deal with a employee that clearly hates her job that has the nerve to roll her eyes and shut the window w/out saying a word. Definitely not the experience i would of liked but sadly what to expect from McDonalds.

This McDonald's has the worst service ever wait time is so long food is never fresh customers service is never there some managers need to go back to trading or get fired if I were to work there I would definitely change some stuff there they need to focus on moving drive thru and getting there customers happy and great fresh food
