I did not care about ordering online, and the place is always busy. Picking up my pizza at the porter I almost forgotten my garlic butter sauce, and I can see it to happen all the time. The sauce should be put in the bag inside the porter. The only problem I've had so far.

I ordered a pizza today and paid the extra fees to have it delivered after a long day at work. Not only were they 25 minutes later than promised they sent the wrong pizza. My husband is vegetarian so we ordered cheese, we got pepperoni. So I called the store and talked to the store manager who says the best they can do is give me a credit for a pizza next time I order. Not only is it just a credit I would have to call them in advance to tell them I'm using my credit. So the only way to get a pizza tonight would be for me to go pick it up.

This place has REALLY stepped things up recently. We've tried several of their crusts/specialties, and they've all been impressive. I used to think of them only for cheap party pizza, but I've been craving them over other chain pizza places. The price is also a big bonus.
