Pizza Patron

I hate the wait time. Especially when the pizza you get is not what they advertise "fresh" been sitting there for a while. Dark crust and cold....anyways the customer service is not the best. Except this one guy. He is AMAZING, CARING, WELL MANNERED, POLITE, HE IS THE BEST 5 🌟 WORKER. HIS NAME IS STEPHEN/STEVEN. I think. The receipt said Marcus but im not convinced that's his name. He used to have long hair. I feel like he does WAY MORE THAN most people would. Good job dude. You need a raise....

Its Halloween and i order way early for my pizzas to be ready by 6:30 they said ok they will be ready by that time well i came to pick up pizzas and guess what my pizzas are not done i ordered 4 xxxl pizzas this place is always doing this and you see the employees laughing and playing like where the hell are my pizzas i guess the Halloween party guest has to wait and check this out only one car in the parking lot lmao

I picked up my chicken enchilada pizza and inspected it just before I got to the car. I discovered they didn't put any cilantro on my pizza. I went back ask him if they can add it. they told me that they are out of cilantro. There was no mention of that at the time I pick up the pizza. Feel they should have said something the moment I picked up the pizza.

I placed a order online ahead of time to be ready for lunch. I got the text to let them know i was on my way so i did. When i arrived at the store they said they never got my order. By the time they found it in the system and made it, i had about 15min left to get back to work and eat. First time and last time i go here.
