Little Caesars

I got there 10min before closing ordered a hot n ready and crazy bread. They had some pizzas already made but said they had been in the warmer a while, so they made me a fresh one. I didn't know you need to order marinara sauce I assumed it came with the crazy bread, I asked to order some and they just gave it to me. Overall helpful friendly staff, fresh hot food, and the price is hard to beat.

Management seems decent, service from nose pierced girl was terrible at best. Walked in to check on order and was asked to wait outside as she walked away even though I hadn't even asked. As I walked out I asked if she knew how long she said no and walked away even more even though she didn't even know what my order was and couldn't help but shake her head in disappointment just because I wanted to know how much longer. Pizza came out on time as stated from manager which I didn't have a problem with and why I gave 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1. Edit, I started with a 2 star review but changed to 1 star as the pizza wasn't all the way cooked through and was bad. I understand being busy and lots of pizzas in a oven cooling the Temps down so how don't they know. Pizza needed another minute or 2 in the oven. This location needs help with training and hiring manager needs to work on who they hire. That girls attitude sucked.

My pizza was undercooked and the “Manager” by the name of Jasmine refused to give me credit for my two pizzas. I payed for delivery and she said she wouldn’t credit me unless I brought them in. If I wanted to make contact with people during a pandemic I would’ve ordered carry out. The pizza quality is hit or miss and staff is unprofessional. Only thing management manages is maintaining a attitude. DO NOT ORDER HERE
