Dunkin'

I called ahead to ask if they had donuts. The girl on the phone said we have a whole array of donuts (very dramatic). I said ok, "I'm on my way then." After waiting in line at the drive thru for literally an hour I get the we're very limited and have only one kind of jelly donut. Are you serious!? Especially after I even called ahead! I lost an hour of my life to this pathetic excuse of a donut store! Never again! Going elsewhere from now on!

Long drive through line ok, no biggie, my choice to wait but then I was given the wrong total, had to repeat the order and had to ask twice for my "specialty" latte. When I got it, it was half full and cold. Giving two stars because this used to be a store I enjoyed but now it's just a mess. I hope management will do something soon.

How can a place that is suppose to sell donuts not have donuts? I placed an order for half a dozen donuts at about 9pm thru their app and my parents went to go picked up the order right after the order was placed. When they got there, they were told that they didnt have any donuts and were told to come pick up the order the next morning. When we asked the employees if it might be possible to pick up the orders elsewhere, they said no. They also said they could not accommodate a cancelation of the order. How can you not only not be able to fulfill a customer's order but then say you can't provide OUR money back for the inconvenience and they have us once again inconvenience ourselves to go pick up an order we no longer want due to your lack of baked inventory.

I sadly must admit Dunkin is not consistent with making the same iced coffee order the same way. Another business that lacks excel9and providing quality products to consumers consistently and pretty sad when employee on potranco says well the app doesn't work half the time and the won't provide a receipt so you can get points. So after 3 bad orders I stopped going . People we are experiencing unprecedented times and as consumers we should expect what is advertised and nothing less and businesses should want to do a better job . Its sad
