Domino's Pizza

Despite the mess up with my order Alexandra was very helpful and made sure that I not only got a refund but she also credited me two pizzas. She provided exceptional customer service that most restaurants and stores lack. Thank you Alexandra for going above and beyond to try and make my day a little bit easier. We need more people like you in this world.

The pizza tracker that they advertise is bull, it told me my order had already got picked up before I even walked in the door. The guy told me it's an automatic system that goes off it's own timer, and not real time progress. I ordered the bacon and jalapeno stuffed bread and the two end pieces had no stuffing. The rest of it barely had any as shown in the picture, what a scam. The flavor of the pizza that I also ordered was good and the employees were friendly.

Not sure how hard the job is but why is it that they ALWAYS forget something. I'm not paying extra for something for u to just forget it and then only offer an apology. Oh and the car side thing they offer is a joke. U give the make/model of ur car and then text them ur there and they still come to your window and hand it to u.

My first experience here was the absolute worst! The employees payed no mind to our needs as a customer and literally talked very ugly to a friend of mine and myself. Our pizza was very burnt and the wings deemed as little popcorn chicken. As I spoke to the man about our cold, burnt pizza he proceeded to blame us as customers for not going inside the establishment even as he passed us up numerous times blaming us for the cold pizza. Our total wait time even after placing an order in advance was almost 45. Will not be going back ever
