Service was drive-thru,fairly fast I order a 14 piece meal,and paid extra to have breast and wings. When I got home there was only 13 pcs😂Maybe next time KFC you might get 5 stars but not Today🍗🍗🍗

It's almost always empty in the lobby which am fine with as I get to enjoy my meal. They have a good customer service and the food is always on point !

The best chicken around. Othet than churchs and popeyes or food 4 less. the Spicy hot sour jalapeños gotta go. Get a diffrent brand. The muffins need a lil bit of ummmppphhh. If you know what i mean. Bathrooms available. mashed potatoes gravy and mac n cheese on the money. Just one last thing and im a tell you what. I changed my mind i give it a 4 star instead of a 5 star. No plates available. Only forks.

Bought the Golden Rush 5pc chicken tenders, biscuit, biscuits, extra large mashed potatoes with the new Cinnabon Biscuits at KFC. Everything was good except for suger surgery, yet dry, Cinnabon Biscuits which made me supersick, with an atrocious headache too boot. Overall, everything was good except the Cinnabon Biscuits.

A few days ago I ordered a six piece meal & once I got home I realized they had forgotten my order of wedges. As my girlfriend and me began to eat dinner we realized the wedges weren’t the only thing that went wrong. The chicken was cold and stale.
I came into the store today and as I told Victoria what had happened she kindly apologized. Victoria was super understanding & was able to replace our whole meal. Thanks Victoria for the helpful & friendly customer service.
