Vessel Restaurant + Bar

This is a hotel restaurant. It is quite good and not as expensive as hotel restaurants are known to be, captured audience and all. I had the Vessel Burger ($24) which was quite good. Covered in Gruyere cheese and bacon jam, this burger is not one to skip. Also had a Island Breeze cocktail ($16) which was fruity and aromatic, a tad tart. My wife had a clam chowder ($14) which she remarked to as having a ton of clams in it. Waiter was nice. They have a real nice balcony you can eat on, with string lights above and heaters for the chillier nights.

I had my birthday dinner here and it was absolutely perfect. The service was amazing, our server was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable on the patio with heat lamps and lighting. I got the salmon and thought it was delicious, and everyone else at the table loved their meals. And of course this is just a stunning spot. I will be back soon. While attending the IMS-2023 show in San Diego, I had dinner here with a client. We sat outside and the weather was so beautiful compared to my home state of Florida where I live in June with it's high humidity. I had the pork chop in my client had the sea bass. Both dishes were phenomenal. Our server Mary was very good.
