P.f. Chang's

For approximately 30 years, I have gone to PF Chang's on Christmas Eve for lunch. It's a tradition that began with my dad and continues each year with my boys (and occasionally, my dad can make it as well). This year's trip was fantastic. Our server, Isaac, was very personable and attentive. After hearing about our annual adventure, he set us up with some bonus items - which was quite gracious of him. I must admit, the food has been lacking a bit in recent years... BUT, this year, I felt like the quality was back on point.

Came here for my works holiday dinner. We sat outside but with the heaters it was very nice and warm. We had a few appetizers. Everything I tasted was good. I had the salt and pepper prawns. I was expecting shell on prawns but they were just large tail on shrimp. Still, they were tasty. The other dishes I tried were good. I really enjoyed the desserts. The great wall of chocolate, a huge piece of chocolate layered cake. The plate was decorated with a delicious raspberry sauce. The banana spring rolls were great too. The Pineapple coconut ice cream they come with is so good. It was a nice dinner. I'd definitely come back with my husband or a friend.

Really good experience and the food was tasty. One of those place where you get enough for dinner now and lunch tomorrow. And the smoked sushi sounds weird but it's really really good. We had Bree as a server and she was awesome. Answered all of our questions and always kept my water filled, which was nice because some of my food had some heat :-D

Got food to go a week ago, and it was amazingly fresh. Very tasty! We have been eating at P.F. Chang’s since the 90’s!!! Yes… we are old! Just moved from Hawaii to the Civita area. Our go to has always been the Mongolian Beef. My Father was a former General Manager of a highly successful, high end Chinese Restaurant in the 70’s, so we definitely love this type of cuisine. The reason for this review is my personal experience with Cecilia today. She took ownership for something that occurred, and turned the experience around. Her empathy and pleasant demeanor was refreshing! You are greatly appreciated Cecilia. Thanks again, for your professionalism. There are many choices out there. When it comes down to it though, exemplary leadership and service is what will bring back clientele. See you soon!

The food was awesome and everything came out very quick. Food tasted fresh and no complaints at all. Star of the night though was our waiter Marshall! Very friendly and personable, made the whole dinner very comfortable and was very tentative to what we needed. Made sure to check on us frequently and helped top off the environment. Thank you for the great service and great dinner!

I had ordered from them through Ubereats not even directly through them and Ally from the Store PF Chang’s was very professional and very sweet notifying me that my driver left half of my order she went the extra mile to speak to her manager Scott who was very courteous to allow from a PF Chang driver to come and bring me the remaining of my order. Excellent customer service skills, communication, commitment, and I will highly recommend this specific restaurant to all my friends and family. Food is delicious and tasty no complaints. Thank you Ally and Scott not very often you encounter yourself with professional and excellent staff very knowledgeable and valuable. Thank you once again !!!!

Want to have expensive fusion Asian food? We came here at 11, (opening). While waiting for it to open, we sat outside near what looked like a late night visitor's trash. The hostess walked to the door and unlocked it and walked back to her station. There was no holding the door open or welcome, I'm glad you are here! Thank you for your patience! Nope. We were seated at a table that had food debris in the seat and some remnants on the plates. The lunch prices have increased and the portion sizes have decreased. There was a mixup with the order, and the waitress fixed it. It was over $50 fur two people. I would have preferred it if the waitress had cleared off plates or garbage each time she came to leave room on the table. They seem to have taken care of the terrible smell in the ladies bathroom, but some of the metal locks were not closing. And it seems like the water temperature in the sinks can be controlled.

Went here for lunch and our server, Eli, was amazing! Super friendly and answered questions about the menu. We got lettuce wraps, chicken lo mein, beef with broccoli, and the banana spring rolls. It was my friend’s first time and she was very happy with the restaurant. I’ve been to many locations and this is by far my favorite one.
