Carvers Steaks & Chops

The wife and I had a fantastic anniversary dinner here last night. The appetizers, cocktails, and main courses were all terrific. The service was also spectacular throughout the entire experience. I was most impressed with the overall value, as the price was reasonable for everything we ordered. Can't wait to go back again.

Honestly one of the best steaks I’ve had, so much flavor. They brought me a side of their delicious peppercorn sauce with my food because I really wanted the sauce from a different steak and they said I could have it with which ever steak I wanted. Fluffiest, creamy mashed potatoes. Everything was good and cooked perfectly to my liking

Carvers has a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Clean and perfectly lit for that rustic steak and chop restaurant feel. The service was excellent, server was polite, knowledgeable, and perceptive to our parties needs. My daughter got the 14 oz ribeye and said it was great. I ordered the fillet mignon with garlic mashed and a Cesar salad. All perfectly prepared portions with the steak being flavorful and extremely tender. The drinks were tasty and generously poured. Only about 50 bucks a person we will definitely be back!

A nice steakhouse that is located in Rancho Bernardo and definitely worth the visit or worth a casual dinner. The food tastes very good and there isn’t anything on the menu that my party disliked. The staff were really friendly and we felt thoroughly accommodated. Would definitely recommend this place and come back multiple times to try all of the various steaks they have.
