It’s a small Starbucks in the city. I’m staying downtown and this was the closest Starbucks to me. Service was good. I asked for a custom drink and they did a good creating it.

Serviceable, purely functional dispensary of namesake coffee. Small space not conducive to lingering or hanging out, nor designed to, but pleasant staff. Typical downtown parking & traffic issues but convenient to the Hard Rock.

Was surprised that there's no seating at all.
They didn't seem to know what "no foam" means.

Was here during Comic-Con 2023. They handled the volume like Champs! 2 thumbs up. They had 30 staff handling the Big crowd with a smile

The employees of this location did an amazing job during Comic-Con. They handled an extremely high volume and all of my drinks were done right. Way better than average.

It gets a bit crazy in here when there’s a convention! The mobile order wait was estimated to be at 10 minutes but I ended up waiting 35 minutes. But the staff were very patient and nice given the stressful situation.

Oh my, can this team provide fast service. 9000 people in town for a convention, and the crew here kept the line moving, orders were always correct, and the food was delicious.

Super fast, they understand half the people are coming or going to work. I didn't call ahead but was in and out with a breakfast sandwich and beverage in 6 minutes

As Starbucks go, this one is pretty neat.. it has a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the street and gaslamp district. the staff is very nice and the place is quite busy but service is quick.
