Old City Hall

We stopped by this place after dinner to enjoy some drinks. They had tuesday tequila deals for a great price. I really liked the clay-style beautifully decorated mug for my drinks and the little additions, like the orange peel and flower, to make them even better. The place also had a great vibe and relaxing atmosphere.

First visit. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great service and just the right amount of attention from our waitress. I didn't feel forgotten or get the feeling she wanted to camp at our table all night. Shared a truffle oil burger and a salad with a friend. Food was good. Perhaps a bit pricey but I guess that's normal in the downtown areas of bigger cities. Beer was cold so that was a plus.

Great atmosphere and the food was excellent. We are visiting from NY and never went before. The waiter, Tyler was efficient, and very sociable. Great personality and made the experience more fun. The restaurant was able to accommodate for my gluten allergy, which is a must when we eat! Thank you Tyler for the great service.

Service was quick, however, please note we were one of 5 tables being served. We were there for half price drinks but had they been full price, they would have defiantly not been worth the price. Happy hour tacos were ordered however again, half price was worth it, full price for 2 small tacos, not so much! Go on Monday nights if you want to try them out and not pay an arm and a leg! Side note, the chicken artichoke flat bread was good!

I came to Florent twice over the span of two months. The first time I went for a happy hour, the second time - a Saturday night private event. The drinks were a little pricier than I would like, but they were impeccable and the service was amazing. I later went at night and my friend had a bit too much to drink, and Victor - part of the staff really went out of his way to make sure arrangements were met to get him home safe. Service like this I havent found in many places, and that puts Florent above the rest in terms of hospitality. They also have a very cool vibe/ambiance in the downstairs area - perfect for pictures.
