85 C Bakery Cafe

Today's experience was very disappointing only to noticed that almost every shelf of "fresh bakery" was bare and this was only at 5:00 pm. The store doesn't close until 8:30 p.m according to the store hours. I've observed other customers like myself walked out the door due to unavailablility of products - the photos will tell all. The sign says "85' Bakery" not a coffee shop. Question for management: Why is it so difficult to keep your shelves full when it's 3 1/2 hours before closing?

The worst customer service. Placed an online order went to pick up a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready, employee ignored me I seen my order there but he kept making more drinks for customer that had just place order in side. After good 10 to 15 minutes of waiting and trying to get his attention another employee comes and I let him know about my order at this point my smoothies are melt turn into just tea. Finally they seal them and give them to me but one was wrong. So they just open it up and pour it onto another cup🤦. Is not the first time I get this awful service. Honestly I know they're raicist. Never coming back .
